It been twenty years since the downfall of Cobra. And it been 18 years since Gi Joe disbanded. Now Union, the academy of heroes, face the return of Cobra being lead by none other than Y/N son of Cobra Commander.
It been twenty years since Cobra downfall but two years after Cobra downfall is Gi Joe disbandment due to super heroes, devils, angels, semblances, life fiber, chakra, ninja acts, magic, vassal weapons, etc appearing. However following the Gi Joe disbandment is the birth of Union. And now years later a young man by the name Y/N is getting punished for something he didn't do.
Y/N Pov:
Here I am laying on the ground bloody and injured as I look at the Star students aka bullies smirking at me.
Star students:
Sasuke, Sakura, Mineta, Bakugo, Issei, Rias, Akeno, Motoyasu, Malty, Itsuki, CRDL and finally is Damon a young soldier.
Me: "Tsk you bullies won't be great" I said causing the bullies to glare at me.
Damon: "We'll see that in combat class nerd" he said then both himself and his fellow star students leave.
Once they're gone I pull out a injector which I injected myself thus causing me to heal instantly.
Me: "Let go see what they gonna do next" I said getting up and head to combat classroom.
A few minutes later.
I groan as I was again beat up by the bullies but then Damon hold something that surprised everyone including me.

Damon: "Let's see how you can handle Cobra venom" he said but was stop by Glynda who created a barrier around him.
Glynda: "I won't allow you to poison Y/N even if you are Star Students.
Damon: "Tsk you think this barrier will stop me!" He punch the barrier shattering it and throw the Cobra right at my face.
However as soon as he did a small explosion just happened in front of my face causing me to scream as I was scarred with the Cobra fangs attacking my eyes.
Everyone was horrified at what happened including Glynda and the Star students.
It wasn't long until I stop screaming as I pass out.
3rd Pov:
Everyone is completely frozen as they experienced what just happened but then Sona Sitri run into the classroom and froze as she see her crush Y/N on the ground with the Cobra beside him.
Sona: "Y/N!" She said then run to Y/N while freezing the Cobra.
Once she gets close she see his scarred face which look terrible but she cry as she feel slightly responsible for not stopping this sooner.
Rias: "Sona why are you helping him" she said but then froze as Sona give her the death stare.
Sona: "Because I love him! And this time you all gone too far! I'm pulling him out of the academy and leave with him" she said shocking everyone.
Issei: "Why would you be with a weakling when I'm the red dragon emperor!" He said only to scream as Sona throw a ice spear at his d*ck.
Sona: "He treat me like a woman while you're nothing but a pervert" she said then wrapped Y/N arm around her and carry him out of the room.
It took a few hours but Sona successfully got Y/N and herself out of Union and at Kouh.
Y/N Pov:
Me: "Gah my head feel like it pounding. What exactly happened" I ask then notice I'm in a empty void confusing me as last thing I remember was explosion and a cobra coming at me.
???: "Well ain't this a surprise" a male voice spoke causing me to look around then see a male with a mask appear before me.

Me: "Who are you?" I ask which the man just laugh.
Cobra Commander: "I am Cobra Commander. Founder and leader of Cobra. But also your father" he said shocking me.
Me: "What! But how am I talking to you!" I ask which Cobra Commander aka my father chuckle.
Cobra Commander: "See when you were a child I had put a device in your mind that put my conscious in your subconscious but in order for us to properly meet you have to see a cobra in person" he said surprising me.
Me: "So you were watching what happened don't you?" I ask which he chuckle.
Cobra Commander: "Indeed and it a shame that GI Joe disbandment but this Union will be quite the foe to defeat as terrorist isn't what they use to be" he said.
Me: "So what now?" I ask which he chuckle.
Cobra Commander: "Now it the time for the rise of Cobra!" He said.
3rd Pov:
Y/N eyes open but his eyes are snake like and he smirking sinisterly.
Y/N: "Time for terror to raise under Cobra!" He said then sinisterly laugh.
