"Ugh! How hard could it be to find a damn dorm?!" You accidentally bump into someone, "Oh my goodness! I'm so sorry, I've been frustrated because I can't find my dorm..." as you keep rambling, the girl begins to speak.
" Oh, it's okay. I totally understand. My name is Hermoine, and you?".
You help her up and say, " I'm Elodie, nice to meet you. Would you happen to know where the Ravenclaw tower is?"
Hermione then states," Yea, its down the corridor, take a left into the courtyard, turn right at the first double door..." noticing the confusion on your face, she then says: "I'll just take you myself."
You both walk towards your tower and make it to the courtyard but there is large commotion blocking the way to the double doors. You and Hermione squeeze your way through the large crowd only to see a blond boy and a red haired boy having a duel. " Ron!" Screamed Hermione as she took in the sight of the two boys. "What on earth are you doing?" She asks before turning her attention to the blond boy ."Draco! Stop it!".

As you and Hermoine break up the fight, Draco exclaims, " You could never compare to me you dirty Weasley!"
Shocked, you say: " That's not very nice, what did he do to you! Did he insult your "manhood", did he hit you first, did he take your girl or something?! No? Exactly. You need to learn to mind your own business and shut your pasty lipped ass up!" Everyone around you is completely astonished.
Jaw dropped, Draco sneers at you as he says "and who are you? Hearing your American accent, you don't seem like you're a blood traitor like Weasel here, so I can only assume that you're a mudblood."
You think to yourself, 'Mudblood? What the hell is that?' Given how some of the students reacted, including Hermione who flinched slightly and straightened her posture as she glared at Draco. Ron, the red haired boy, who was holding onto Hermione as she held him back from the green tied student as his face began to match his ears, which had turned red in anger.
"So let me get this straight," says Draco, "..a Mudblood is approaching me with such aggression-" He scoffs.
Hermione whispers to both you and the red haired boy, "Let it go, Ron, come on" You and Hermoine begin to walk away, helping a stumbling Ron while the crowd disperses.
Ron catches up to you both and says, "Thanks Mione and..." realizing he did not know my name, he paused.
"Elodie." I say, helping him out.
"Elodie..." he repeats with a faint smirk.
You, Hermoine and Ron finally make it to your tower.

"Thanks for helping out," you say gladly. "I'll see you later?"
"Yea," Hermoine says, "..we can meet up for breakfast tomorrow."
"Goodnight" Ron says, "I'll see you tomorrow as well."
You head to your room, lay on your bed and think: "Wow, not bad for a first day."
