# Sunday Funday

Chapter 1

Early Sunday morning finds Rain laying in bed, slowly waking to the world, thinking back on what happened the night before.

Payu is at the races tonight and Rain is trying to stay up and wait for him.
It's Midnight, not sure I can hold on much longer. 20 minutes later
I can hear him walking up the stairs, I'm in that state of half awake half asleep, eyes too heavy to open, but can hear him moving around the room, sounds like he's in the closet, then he comes over to my side of the bed, I think he's going to kiss me on the head but, no, I hear him slide something under the bed instead. Then I feel a soft kiss on my forehead.

"Mmm" Rain manages, trying to hang on to consciousness.

"Shh, I'm going to take a shower, if your still awake when I come to bed I want to ask you something" Payu whispers in his ear

"k" Rain mumbles, curling up into a fetal position, pulling the covers up to his chin

He hears him turn the shower on, but then starts to float away into slumber.

Suddenly I feel Payu climb into bed. He rolls over and puts his arm around my waist. Snuggling his face into the back of my neck, waking me a little.

"You awake?" Payu breathes into his ear

"Mmhm, Kinda"

"Ok, I just wanted to say that tomorrow is Sunday and neither of us have anything to do, Right?"

"Right" Rain gives a little nod into his pillow

"So I know it's not on the list, but I thought we could spend the whole day in bed, just you and me, right here, all day, together. Can I assume you've never done that with anyone before?"

"Mmm that sounds nice P', nope I've never done that" Rain is slowly coming to life now, rolling over to put his head on Payu's chest, arm around his waist. "Wait...you've never done that before?"

"I have not" Payu grins

"Ok sweet boy" Payu pulls the covers over them both, "let's sleep"

"mmm,K"

Rolling over realizing Payu is not next to him. I wonder if he forgot? Where did he go?

Rain sees that the bedroom door is slightly ajar, he decides to tiptoe his way over and just listen. As soon as he gets to the door he can hear Payu humming a song, headed up the stairs

"Oh shoot, he's coming" Rain zooms back to the bed, hops in, lays on his side pulling the covers up.

"Rainy, are you awake" Payu bellows into the quiet room

Looking up he sees Payu wearing nothing but black boxers, carrying a huge food tray.

"Oh my God what is that?" eyes wide with excitement

"Breakfast, we're going to have breakfast in bed, now sit up"

Rain can't quite believe his eyes, Payu has set down a wooden tray in front of him with bowls of Congee and eggs, omelets with rice, skewers of pork, bowls of fresh cut up fruit, coffee and two different kinds of juice.

"Wow, P'Payu, did you make all this yourself?"

"I did, I got up early to make everything, you like?" Payu asks, while climbing in bed with Rain handing him a spoon, and planting a kiss on his cheek

"I LOVE" Rain exclaims, all smiles

They eat breakfast and talk, Payu talks about what happened at the races, and Rain talks about a project he is finishing up for school. They show each other funny videos on their phones and just enjoy their time together.
