#9 Sunday Funday

Chapter 3

Towels wrapped around their waists, they sit on the bed, grabbing their phones, checking to see if they have any texts, browsing their socials, propping themselves up against the headboard.

They blurt out at the same time "I'm hungry."

They both laugh "Ok how about we order something easy we can eat here in bed?"

"Oh I know, Pizza, can we get pizza?" Rain asks excitedly, pizza is not something they eat often

Rain waits on the bed, boxers back on, scrolling on his phone while Payu runs down stairs to get the pizza. Checking the time, it's 5:30pm. He's been so wrapped up with everything that he realizes, he's been awfully selfish today. That makes him a little sad.

Payu sets a clean towel down near the bottom of the bed and sets the two boxes of pizza down, and opens them up, handing Rain napkins, but Rain isn't paying attention he's off in another world, "Rain....hello Rain?"

"HUH?" Rain looks up, Payu is handing him napkins. Oh right, the pizza

"Ooh this looks good, I want that one first" Pointing to the box on the left

"What's the matter Rain?" Payu asks while sitting down next to him in the middle of the bed, pizza in hand.

"Umm nothing" not sure why i'm lying "I mean, well, I feel kinda bad actually" lowering his gaze

"What, why, is something wrong, are you ok?" looking Rain up and down

"No, I'm fine P', it's just....well, I've been really selfish today, this day was supposed to be for both of us, not just me"

A little confused "What do you mean, today has been amazing, I'm loving every second with you Rainy"

"It's just...I mean...we've only taken care of MY needs"

Shoving the rest of his piece of pizza in his mouth, he laughs " Rain, it's only 6:00, the day isn't over, and just because I haven't "finished" yet doesn't mean i'm not thoroughly enjoying myself"

"Really, are you sure" needing reassurance for his guilt

"Come here" patting his lap

Rain scoots over, and throws his leg over Payu facing him, straddling his lap.
Holding Rain's face, looking him in the eyes " Everything I've done today, was just as much for me as it was for you, it makes me happy to see you enjoying yourself"

"But I want to see you enjoying yourself too" he pouts

Laughing "I AM, I'm not going to do anything that I don't want to do.....ok?, and like I said, it's only 6:00pm, our time is not up Rainy" Running his fingers through Rain's hair, giving his head a gentle massage.

"Ok, if you're sure" he nods, giving Payu a quick peck on the lips

Payu envelopes Rain in his arms, squeezing him tightly "now let's finish our pizza, or your not gonna have the energy to make it through these next few hours" he smirks

After eating they clean up and sit down on the bed both crossed legged facing each other, knees touching.

Rain leans forward pressing his forehead to Payu's chest "this has been the best day ever P'"

Rubbing Rain's back in circles "Yea....it has, but" lifting Rain's chin, giving him a feather light kiss to his soft lips "it's not over yet"

Scooting backward until his back touches the headboard "come here" Payu gestures to his lap
Rain sits on Payu facing him, he pulls him down by the back of the neck, whispering in his ear
"Reach under my side of the bed"
