Soulmates

Soulmates are two completely different people destined to be together. I believe that sometimes soulmates don't need to be lovers, they can be friends. Friends can be the missing piece you need to feel complete. I think that we aren't meant to be friends but lovers. I think that we are soulmates but not friend soulmates, I think we are destined to be lovers. I think that we are destined to get married one day or maybe just date. I think we are supposed to stay in each others life forever. I would love to stay in your life and that you stay in mine. I can't imagine a world where I knew you and nor do I want to imagine it. I love that you are in my life and if I can only have you in my life as a friend then I'll take it. Even if I do believe that we are destined to be lovers, I will still keep you as a friend if I means you stay in my life. I love you and I do hope you find the person that you think is the one, even if they're not me, I know you will make them very happy. They will be the luckiest person in the universe and they should treat you like royalty. I hope you are happy with whoever you end up with, and that you always know that I'm here for you. The world needs more people like you. People that are caring, open-minded, welcoming, tolerant. People that take their time and put effort into the things they do. People that don't run from complexity, people who are not scared to hold their ground when faced with conflict. We need you, we hope to be you, we thank you. Thank you for speaking up, for holding on, for existing. Thank you for being yourself.
