Living Hell At The Arcade

Chapter 1: The Invitation

My name is Claudio V.S., I was never invited to a friend's party and I am the only one that doesn't have a single invitation. I was in my room all by myself until my mom came in to talk to me.

Mom: "What's the matter?"

Me: "My problem is that I never had an invite to a friends party."

Mom: "Oh don't worry, I know a guy that can help you with your loneliness. He told me that tomorrow is his son's birthday party at the arcade, would you like to go?"

Me: "Yes, I would love to go."

Mom: "Okay great, I'll text him that you are coming to his son's birthday party at the arcade tomorrow. His name is Mike by the way."

Me: "Nice, Mike is a good name for him."

Mom: "Yup, you are definitely going to like him and Mike is definitely going to like you."

Me: "Cool."

I was in my room waiting for an invitation until my doorbell rang. I went outside to see who it is but I looked down and I see a letter for me. I went back inside my house to open the letter to see what it says.

𝑃．𝑆 － 𝑃𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑒 𝑏𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑎 𝑏𝑖𝑟𝑡ℎ𝑑𝑎𝑦 𝑔𝑖𝑓𝑡 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑚𝑦 𝑠𝑜𝑛，𝑇ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑘 𝑌𝑜𝑢！

After I read the letter, I went to go to bed to get some sleep for tomorrow because I know that his son's birthday party is gonna be long until it gets dark outside.

The next day, it was 7 AM and I had Eggs & Bacon with cup of coffee for breakfast. My Mom came in the kitchen to talk to me.

My Mom: "Hey son, be prepared for Mike's Son's Birthday party; it starts at 9 Am so I told him that he is going to pick you up around 8 Am."

Me: "Well that's very early."

My Mom: "I know but he will pick you up in 20 minutes so make sure you take a shower, get dress, and I will let you know that Mike is outside waiting for you."

Me: "Okay, I will do that right now."

As I was doing that, I took a shower to get ready, Wear some nice clothes, brush my teeth, brush my hair, and then wait at the living room to wait for Mike. My Mom waited outside for Mike to arrive and suddenly Mike had came very quickly.

My Mom: "Claudio, Mike is outside now, you can come out now!"

Me: "Okay, coming!"

Once I came outside, my Mom gave an envelope for Mike's son as a gift for him.

My Mom: "Here is the gift for Mike's son Claudio."

Me: "Oh, thank you."

My Mom: "Good luck at the party, love you."

Me: "Okay bye Mom!"

So I got into Mike's car and I am getting to know him more.

Mike: "Yo what's up bro? My name is Mike, what's yours?"

Me: "Names Claudio, nice to meet you."

Mike: "aight!"

Mike: "Did you bring a gift for my son?"

Me: "Yes."

I showed him the gift and he nodded yes.

Mike: "Alright your good, we out know; let's goooo!"

Me and Mike: "Ayyyyy!!!!"

Mike starts his engine to drive to the arcade place now.

I fell asleep in Mike's car for 20 minutes until I woke up, I heard police sirens and I don't why it started to go towards me and Mike while driving.

Me: "Yo Mike, the police are on to us; you might wanna pull over."

Mike: "Oh shit it's the OPS, you're right, I'm gonna pull over right now and let's act normal."

Me: "Okay."

The cop steps out of his police car and walks to Mike's car and starts to question him.

Cop: "Sir, license and registration please?"

Mike: "Okay Officer."

Mike took out his license and his registration to show the cop so he can verify him.

Cop: "You're name is Mike P. right?"

Mike: "Yes officer."

Cop: "Okay, is that your in the back of your car?"

Mike: "Yes."

Cop: "Alright, where are you guys heading to?"

Mike: "We are going to an arcade place, it's my son's birthday today."

Cop: "Okay so just to be sure that you can't speed in the road, it can cause an accident."

Mike: "Sorry officer, it's my bad."

Cop: " here's your license and registration back."

Mike: "Thank you officer."

Cop: "You boys have a good day."

Mike: "You too officer!"

So as we were driving to the arcade place, I rest in the backseat car until we get there in time.
