Time has arrived for me to drive to Leah's house am I nervous fuck yes I am! Meeting all her family and friends and how awkward it's going to be.
I pop on some music on in car only thing that can take me out of my thinking zone. Leah already texted and called me I would say at least 200 times I don't think I'm only nervous one. Car ride felt the longest drive ever! Felt like I drove across America. I drove up to her house and was just about to knock when Leah open the door and hugged me, I'm so happy you're here Jen, would you like to come in and drop your bag off in the side room. Once we done all of that and had a drink people in her family started to arrive, they all come in at once and we went in back garden we all pretty much drank beer/larger so I grabbed a bottle for me and Leah and handed her it. Out of know where I had questions chucked at me left right and centre but I didn't mind it

After my little question session, drink was in full flow we all wanted to sing and dance around Leah come towards me and put her hands around my hips and started to slow dance with me, felt at that moment was only my and her... after a while I felt eyes on us! When I looked was her mum she had massive smile on her face
Few hours later
Leah's mum come up to me and said I know you and Leah just in slow stages but I know my daughter and I've not seen her this happy for a very long time, I'm not the kind of mum to give you the talk so don't worry all I like to say is when you're with my daughter I will class you as my family too, we are one big family and like to show and express our love and feelings.
I said thank you that would be very nice :) I really like Leah and yes it is early but it doesn't feel like that to me. Feels like we been like this for years.... Your family have been very welcoming tonight.
