Two months later.
Naunie POV
I sat on the bed with Camille, Tati and Cameron. Over the past couple months me and Camille have gotten really close. She's the best sister in law a girl could ask for. Makes me wish I could have spent more time with my older brother Jaquan.
"So are you going to lay around all day or live up to your promise?" Camille asked. After me and Bray got back from our trip me, him, Quay & Jayden all had a sit down. Will you believe that these niggas asked me to forgive that bitch Meisha! All of them. I didn't understand but Bray said I couldn't get any dick if I didn't at least talk to her. So of course I agreed now here I am about to have lunch with the bitch.
"Yeah Naunie. You promised." Tati added.
"I mean I guess." I said.
"Tell your Auntie get up so we can dip." Camille said to Cameron who was laying on his stomach watching SpongeBob.
"Man Tee Tee come on! I tired of hearing this." He said. For a four year old he had a mouth on him.
"Excuse me then." I said getting up to shower and do my hygiene. We all slept over at my dads last night. All except Bray and Micah.
After getting dressed I waited on them to get ready too. So I decided to FaceTime my loves.
It rang a few times then Bray answered.
"Hey baby." He said into the phone.
"Hey bae." I said smiling.
"You getting ready to head out?"
"Yes." I sighed dramatically.
"Suck it up. You taking the girls with you?"
"Yeah and Cam." I said turning the camera to show him Cameron who was laying right next to me with his arms propping his head up. He spends too much time with the boys and my dad.
"Wassup little man." Bray said acknowledging Cam.
"Sup Uncle Bray." He said doing the little head nod thing. Yeah he calls him Uncle. Shit why not he ain't going no where.
"Hold it down for me okay man." He said.
"Okay." Cameron replied.
I turned the camera back towards me.
"Let me see my baby." I said referring to Micah.
"Micah!" He yelled. He put the phone down but continued to yell. "Get your ass out them damn cookies and get in here!" That girl loved her some damn Oreos. I told Bray stop letting her sneak them after I said no. Now she sneaking them without him. The phone picked back up and both of them were in the camera. Micah smiled so big.
"Hey munchkin." I said calling her by the nickname I gave her.
"Hi Tee Tee."
"You being good for your Uncle?" I asked. And her smile grew wider. But Brays face remained the same. Straight. I screenshot it.
"I can't deal. But I'm going to get going ok." I said.
"Ok." They said in unison.
"Bye." I said waving before hanging up. I went to look at the picture and cropped myself out to where it was just the two of them.
"Look yall." I said showing Tati and Camille.
"Awwww." They both said in unison.
"He's going to be a great daddy one day." Tati said. I was going to reply but I felt the sudden urge to throw up. I stood over the toilet and emptied my insides out.
"Maybe sooner than later." Camille added while holding my hair back while rubbing my back.
When I was done I brushed my teeth.
"You might want to check on that." Tati said adding to Camilles comment.
Pregnant? Me. I really hope not. Me and Bray haven't known each other long enough to bring a baby in the world.
"Let's just go." I said grabbing my purse before heading down the stairs. I really didn't want to talk about it any longer. I could very well be though shit I can't count how many times me and Bray have had unprotected sex. Now that I think about it. That's all we've had. I feel so damn dumb. I got in my Black Range Rover and waited for them to come out. Eventually they did. And we headed to Bubba Gumps. This is my favorite.
When we pulled up I noticed Meisha sitting outside and the sight of her made me roll my eyes.
"Be nice." Tati said as we made our way towards the entrance.
"Hey." She spoke.
"Hi I'm Camille. I'm Naunies sister in law. This is my son Cameron." Mille introduced herself.
"I didn't think Jayden was the type to have a wife and kids." She spoke. Dumb bitch.
"That's your problem you don't think." I spat.
"Naunie." Camille cut her eyes at me. "Actually I'm her late brother Jaquan's girlfriend and this is our son." She explained.
"I'm sorry I didn't know." She apologized. Weak ass apology.
"Hey Meisha." Tati spoke.
"Hey Tati."
"Are yall done? I'm ready to eat." I said. And we entered. After about 5 minutes we were seated at a table. I sat one side with Cameron right next to me and Camille on the other side of him. Meisha sat right in front of me and Tati right next to her. Me and Meisha had a starring match.
"I'm Meredith. I'll be your server today. Can I start you all off with something to drink?" A girl came breaking us from the trance.
We ordered our drinks then she left.
"I'm not even going to sit here like I fuck with you. Because in reality I want to jump across this table and strangle you." I spoke honestly breaking the ice. Who knew that in just two minutes I could get so livid.
"Oh my. I might have to ask Meredith for an alcoholic beverage." Camille said putting her head in her hands.
