"They know about Giada."

Alessandro POV

I'm sitting in Matteo's office with my three oldest sons talking about mafia business. "Everything is still good with the Russians. Vik told me that they're coming back for a while. I was thinking that we should have them over to meet Giada. They supported us when we lost her after all," Matteo suggested.

I nod in agreement. "I think that's a good idea, son. Do you think we should-" I'm cut off by my phone ringing. I take it out and look at the caller id. "Shit, it's Dad."

"Ciao papà. Come stai?" [Hello Papa. How are you?] I ask nervously. "Ciao figlio. C'è qualcosa che vuoi dirmi?" [Hello son. Is there something you want to tell me?]

I sigh. "L'ho riavuta solo ieri. Non so come l'hai scoperto, ma avevo intenzione di dirtelo." [I only got her back yesterday. I don't know how you found out, but I did plan on telling you.]

"Bene. Ci saremo domani." [Good. We will be there tomorrow.] Then, he hangs up. My sons are looking at me expectantly. "So, that was your grandfather. He knows about Giada."

I scratch the back of my neck. "I guess they'll be here tomorrow." Matteo raises his eyebrow. "Who exactly will be here?" he asks. "That's a good question. He didn't say." I explain. "Well, can you ask?" Riccardo sasses.

I give him a dark look, making him look down in shame. I'm still their father. I text my father to ask him who will be here. He simply replies, "everyone".

"He just said 'everyone'. I think we should probably have Giada come home to get her ready." Matteo nods. "I'll send a message to Xander. He will probably be on his phone."

He types on his phone, waits a moment, then looks up. "They're coming home now. It should be about ten minutes." I stand up. "I'll go wait for them. You all wait here." I leave the office and go wait by the front door.

Soon, I hear the sound of a car getting closer. Not a minute later, the front door opens. Xavier walks in holding Giada in his arms. She is chatting away to Xavier. When she notices me, she squeals. "Papa!"

Giada wiggles in Xavier's hold, so he puts her down. She runs over to me, and I lift her into my arms, hugging her. "Papa, I have new fwens!" My face lights up. I'm glad she met some people.

"You do? Well, I would love to hear all about it. But first, I need to talk to your brothers, okay? Can you go wait with Leo for a little bit?" She agrees right away. "Otay, Papa! C'mon Weo. Less go!" She grabs Leo's hand and pulls him towards the living room.

I turn to my twins and speak seriously. "Boys, join me in Matteo's office, please." I walk to Matteo's office with the boys following behind me. We all sit down. "What's this about?" Xander asks.

I sigh and begin to explain the reason for this meeting. "Your grandfather called." The twins look confused, probably wondering why this is such a big deal. "They know about Giada."

"Oh," Xander says simply. "Yeah," I agree. "There's more. The whole family will be here tomorrow." Xavier leans back with an overwhelmed look on his face. "That'll be interesting. What are we gonna do about Giada? Do you think she's ready, Dad?"

"That's why I wanted you to come home. So far, she's been okay with meeting new people, but it's only been a few at a time. This will be 16 people all at once." I worry about my baby girl. She only just got back.

"Dad, I think we should just go talk to her and see how she feels." Matteo suggested. "Alright, let's go." I say. We all walk to the living room.

Giada is sitting next to Leo on the couch. She appears to be telling him a story. My sons and I sit down on the chairs and couches in the room. Giada finishes her story and then notices us.
