Hey y'all now I'm sitting here pacing back and forth waiting for Taylor.It's taken me so long to even get the courage to approach her.I'm just scared I'm not her type of chick. I hear the door open and i slowly step out the stall. "Wassup shorty?" She said softly with a warming smile "I just wanted to know if you'd let me get to know you better?" I asked flat out. She took me for a loop when she let out a little chuckle. Like bitch what's funny "I'm actually dealing with someone love and don't get me wrong you actually cute I feel like we could be great friends" I frowned and simply walked out.Being her friend is the last thing on my mind but I don't wanna lash out on her.

Taylor's pov
Now this girl is pretty I've seen her around just didn't think she was checking for me. And I know y'all probably thinking if she so pretty why the hell I turn her away. Well obviously I'm not thinking straight but shit if she really likes me maybe she'll spin back. I washed my hands and went back to class I took my seat and got on my phone. I felt some one tap me and to my surprise it's the girl

She was holding out her worksheet to me "since you were late I figured you want this"she said and laid it on my desk going back to her seat. I just smiled when I seen her number on a sticky note in the corner of the paper. I looked at the top of the paper and seen the name Summer in big pretty letters.Now I know this is insane but I kinda glanced over to see if genesis was even watching and of course she wasn't but it would have been nice. I copied the work and texted the number
Taylor~ I better get a good grade miss summer or ion think we can kick it~
Summer~Trust me love I only want good for you~
I hearted the message and put my phone in my pocket. Maybe what happened with me and gege was just a drunk night she definitely didn't seem to mind miss thang talking to me. Shit it's definitely something I'm gonna think about for a while. After the bell rang i didn't see genesis or Capri for awhile. Which was weird we each had like three classes together? I wonder if they was skipping without me that's rude.

Ehhhh I know what y'all think how imma give Capri the run around but not Taylor. And my response to that would be fuck y'all right now I'm currently on damage control. Capri feels like we left her out or some shit so me and her came to get Lunch and go back to school. "Did you at least enjoy the party?" She asked sitting back in her seat. "hell yeah I did i like turning up and being able to relax when I get home."

I said that with a little smirk of course her not knowing exactly what I meant by relax gave me a little joy. Sometimes I feel like Capri can Change then she proves me wrong and in this moment I'm slowly starting to wonder if she'll ever be in a better place. "Ain't no way you was relaxed if Taylor was drunk she be pissing me off with that baby shit" She said and I laughed

"Unfortunately that's because you're not patient with her" I say getting out the car going into the Chinese place I got me Capri's food and took it back to the car she was still sitting in the same position as when I left. Like she didn't move I made my way to the subway and got Taylor a foot long and some chips and cookies .

When I got back to the car Capri was still sitting there looking crazy " you alright girl?" I
Asked putting on my seatbelt and starting the car to head back to school "yeah but what made you say dat ?" She asked as I pulled out "umm say what? Don't be weird" she looked at me and I looked at her because what the hell wrong with anything i said.

I guess she snapped out of it bc she just shrugged "nothing I'm trippin" she said turning up the radio. The ride back to the school wasn't too long just like ten minutes but we didn't talk just listened to music when we stepped out the car I heard our lunch bell ring and rolled my eyes now we finna have to find Taylor in that big ass lunch room

"We should stay at your house tonight" Capri said and I looked at her think of something anything "I was gonna clean my room today maybe I can swing by your crib when I'm done?" She looked at her phone and kinda let out a chuckle "yeah I guess that'll work" we walked in the Lunch room and I stood there for a second scanning tables.

"There she go I see she's taking my advice" Capri says with a smile starting to walk off I seen Taylor though she wasn't alone. She was sitting the brown skin girl from our class. Yeah I seen them exchange words and things of that nature but I didn't really care they would be cute but it ain't nothing that girl can do for Taylor that I don't already do. I follow behind Capri and we sit with them "I thought you guys abandoned me" Taylor says as I lay her food in-front of her "Never you know I'll always come back for you" i said laughing on the inside at how the girl say quietly " I'm genesis and you are ?" I asked her with a nice smile "Right why you ain't tell us your name" said Capri "well it's Summer...." She paused "figured y'all would know that we literally have a class together" i shrugged and started to eat not really being interested anymore
I simply pulled out my phone asking Taylor if she needed a ride home and then getting on TikTok I was done talking for the day honestly the shit does get annoying I sat quietly eating with my AirPods in.

Well ion feel like this is good lord I tried I'm a little rusty.....
