Edward and Bella (+Jacob)

Jacob is 16 in this book which is the age of consent in my state
(Time skip) Jacob's Pov:

I felt someone watching me as I was trying to sleep, it was probably Edward. I sighed and sat up and made the way to my bathroom, someone following slowly behind. 

I got to the bathroom and looked in the mirror and saw no one there, so it was Edward. "Come out Edward, I know it's you." He sighed and came out and sat down on my floor.

"I'm going to take a shower, do you want to join me?" He looked at me for a second before looking back at the floor. "Well there's no harm in it." I nodded.

I took off my clothes and got in the shower and turned it on, Edward following shortly behind. Edward held me close putting his head on my shoulder, humming quietly. "I love you." I said quietly "I love you too" he whispered in my ear, kissing it shortly after.

"Im sorry I over reacted about Bella." "Babe it's fine" "no, it's not. I always over react about people because of us being a secret, you're attractive, dark, and brooding. How are woman not supposed to be attracted to you." There was a pause before Edward responded.

"Jacob listen, it's okay to be jealous about Bella and other people. They're stupid, you're the one meant for me." I smiled brightly and leaned into him, he always had a way with words.

We finished showering and went to my bed. "Why don't you lay down with me?" I suggested "Fine, only so I can hold you" I pushed him down on the bed and kissed him. "I love you." I whispered "I love you too." He whispered back. He held me in his arms till I fell asleep.
