We are fucking depressing drunks

Jade's POV

"Hey Hey Hey look who's decided to join us" Danny shouts as soon as he sees the three of us. He had rented out a private function room for the night, allowing us to have privacy.

"Princess Lando was taking his time brushing his hair" I nervously joke, the tension in my body clearly noticeable.

"Well that means you have some catching up to do" Daniel says before handing me a red drink. I take a sniff and recoil at the bitter smell.

"Daniel, what the hell is this?" I ask cautiously.

"A mix of a couple of things" He replies in a sing-song tone.

"You made a pinky promise Ricciardo" I say.

"And I promise you this is the only drink I'll have you drink" Daniel pleads.

"Fineeee" I draw out and start necking the glass of extremely strong alcohol.

It was not just one drink and now I was heavily involved in a game of never have I ever. Charles, Lando, Daniel, Max, Checo, Pierre, Carlos and George were also now just as intoxicated as me. Everyone else from the grid had left earlier after noticing the some drivers and myself were going to be drinking long into the night. Lewis was extremely happy to see me coming out of my shell, meanwhile Kimi had been giving me vodka like it was water.

"Right, never have I ever missed my flight" George says. Max, Daniel, Lando and I all take a drink.

"You bastard that was aimed at me" I joked to George. "I still blame Lando for that one"

"Oh come on," Lando whined, "How many times do I have to apologise for that?"

"What happened?" Carlos asked. The whole circle leaned forward, eager to hear the story.

"Lando and I were returning from a trip to Egypt. We had an early flight but he convinced me we would have one drink and head back to our hotel. Three bottles of jack daniels later, the two of us have less than an hour to get to the airport hungover as hell, safe to say we didn't make our flight," I laugh, everyone else also finding humour in the situation.

"I still can't look at a bottle of jack the same," Lando gags.

"Alrighty, Pierre you're up next" Daniel speaks. So far Pierre has only asked dirty questions so I'm not looking forward to this one.

"Never have I ever had sex in a public place." I notice only Checo and Daniel take a drink so I try to sip mine discreetly. Of course the eagle eyed Ferrari driver saw me and choked out a laugh.

"Jade seriously?" Charles asks which draws the attention of the whole circle. I blush and just flip everyone off.

"Are you always so rude?" Pierre jokes.

"Oh you should see her mate" George starts, "She swears like a sailor and has the attitude of a primadonna"

"Rich coming from you" I joke, "Don't suppose you want me to tell the story about the time you had a fit in waitrose now would you?." George's face goes scarlett and he just shakes his head in embarrassment. Max does a low whistle and everyone just chuckles.

"Ooh my turn I have a good one" I say. "Never have I ever pretended to be sick to get out of something" and immediately all of them take a drink.

"Media duties?" I ask.

"Yes" all of them reply in unison causing a laugh to spill from my lips.

"Just know, you guys ever try to pull that with me, I will call bullshit" I joke.

The game lasts for a while longer, by the end Lando and Max are passed out, their heads resting on each other's shoulders, Pierre, George and Carlos are huddled in the corner passing around a bottle of vodka like it was a blunt and Checo was trying to teach Daniel spanish. I was heavily intoxicated, but I clearly had a higher tolerance than the others. I felt a presence sit beside me and I turned to see Charles. His face was flushed with alcohol and a bottle of tequila in his hand.
