MINA'S POV

February 12

It's almost Valentine's Day, and Chaeyoung told me she had something planned for us. It's been fun dating her, she always has something to give me, and she's really caring. I started taking an interest on her because... I think she's the one who's been giving me letters. I got to know her more and.. well, here we are now.

She's an amazing person, really, and I really like her, but sometimes I can't help but glance at Y/N from time to time. She seemed more down ever since her sister and I started dating. I mean, isn't she supposed to be happy for us?

But I let her be. After all, she might have something going on in her life and it's not my business to know what.

February 13

I'm worried. Is it bad that I want to hang out more with Y/N? I feel like I'm cheating on Chaeyoung, even though I'm not. I have to talk about this with her to prevent misunderstandings... should I?

Anyway, the post-its stopped coming after Chae and I's relationship. I supposed it was because we got together already, but I can't deny the fact that I miss the cheesy notes that made me smile.

February 14

Chaeyoung stood at the door, wearing a t-shirt and jeans. I wore a simple dress. "Let's go?" she offered a hand. "Where to?" I asked, holding her hand in mine. "Just at the café nearby. Have you been there?" "Nope."

We ordered a slice of cake and coffee each, talking the whole afternoon away. It was 3:00 when I decided to bring up the notes. "Hey, Chaeyoung?"

She looked up. "Hm?"

"Why've you stopped sending me the post-its? They were really cute, honestly."

She frowned in confusion. "Post-its? I didn't..." Her mouth fell open in understanding. "Mina.. I'm not much of writer. The writer is.. Y/N..." She stood up abruptly. "Did you date me only because you thought I wrote you those?"

I got to my feet too. "I mean, I won't lie-"

"So it's only because of that, then?"

"No! After I got to know you, I thought you were a great person-"

"But it's still because of the letters you approached me! Mina..." her voice trailed off, "are you sure you like me and not Y/N?"

I could feel eyes on us now. But at Chaeyoung's words, it finally dawned on me that I've been projecting my feelings for Y/N onto Chaeyoung because she seemed more likely. "I don't... know.." my voice cracked at the end.
