Ch-2

The room is dead silent. Prapai and Phayu are looking a little nervous, Saifah is quietly eating his food, and all the adults in the room are looking at the kids.

"I thought Vegas and I have taught you better how to hide things," Kinn says with a raised eyebrow, breaking the suffocating silence.

Pete coughs. Kinn instantly looks at Porsche, who is looking back at him with a deadpan face. Vegas corrects, "What he means to say is that we never taught you to hide things." Kinn regards Vegas with an expression that says, 'Really? Even kids can argue better than that.'

"So, who is he?" Porsche asks in a demanding voice.

Prapai sighs. He knows if he asks his papa (Porsche) and uncle Pete, they will never force him to answer, nor will they let others. He wants to introduce Sky to the family but he... it's just so much. He doesn't want Sky to leave him after finding out he is a mafias' son. He also doesn't want Sky to be scared of him.

Porsche notices Pai hesitating and looking lost in his thoughts. "If you want, we can forget this thing ever happened, Pai," he says softly.

"Yea. Pai, we will give you the same choice we gave to Sai. We can meet them, or we can forget it ever happened," Pete says, smiling softly.

"His name is Sky." Everyone stops dead in their tracks as soon as Pai starts to speak. They are all looking at Pai, encouraging him to continue.

"He is an architecture student, 19 years old, I love him more than anything in this world, and we have been in a relationship for six months now," Pai says, smiling to himself, remembering those lovely moments.

"And what about the other voice? That person sounds quite young." Gosh, now Phayu really wants to die. 'Does uncle Kim really have to dig this up?' Phayu thinks bitterly but keeps a neutral face.

"Ahhhh. He is a Nong, who is also the best friend of my Sky. But he is hella clumsy- my Sky's words, not mine," Pai says fondly and with a chuckle. Phayu knows he should tell Pai about Rain, but he is scared. 'What would happen if Rain leaves him after finding out that he is part of the mafia?' He clears his thoughts. Phayu doesn't want to look suspicious but guesses that his dad (Vegas) has already noticed something. So, he continues to hear what Pai is saying (well, he knows about Sky, but he doesn't want to get interrogated by his pops (Pete) and uncle Porsche).

"Hmm, looks like you are fond of that kid, too," Vegas says with a raised eyebrow. Pai knows one thing about his family. One way or another, they always try to dig further for information.

"Yeah, I am. Whenever I am not around, that kid takes care of my Sky. We never had a chance to meet, but Sky always tells me about him.

Hmm, my Sky reminds me of papa (Porsche). He is sassy, a queen who never takes anyone's shit, always talks back, is protective, possessive, and doesn't give a fuck about me being a Theerapanyakun. He has me wrapped around his little finger. Nong, on the other hand, reminds me of Uncle Pete. He is feisty, little, cute, reckless, hella protective, and possessive. He never likes it when people stare at his man. He is bratty and sassy- again, Sky's words, not mine. Their friendship reminds me of you two. Just one thing is different..." Prapai says with a fake frown.

"And what might that be?" Porsche asks curiously.

"Well, in their friendship, my Sky is the responsible one and always keeps Nong out of trouble. In your friendship, Uncle Pete is the responsible one and keeps YOU out of trouble." Prapai says, stopping himself from laughing.

"WAIT! YOU LITTLE PIECE OF SHI-." "Pai! They are standing alone in the university right now. Mind I remind you?" Phayu says sarcastically. After all, his darling is waiting for him on this cold night.
