The Bad Idea.

Honestly, this was a bad idea.

Terrible even!

This was the thought that was running around Raven's head as she sipped her drink.

Cola, nothing fancy, and by the look that the bartender at the hotel lobby gave her it was a weird thing to order at six oçlock in the evening.

Other people's opinions be damned! Was what Raven decided, she was already too nervous at the thought of what was about to happen.

It was her idea, yes, but Rowan went with it too quickly.

Raven gulped down the rest of her flat drink with one last sweep around the hotel lobby.

The stranger she was supposed to meet was a bit late, maybe he got cold feet? Raven thought hopefully.

"Hello there." A voice greeted sultrily.

He is here, a voice shouted in Raven's mind raising alarms.

As she turned around to face him, she could barely suppress the shiver that ran down her back nor the smile that threatened to creep on her face.

"Hi there." She said with a shy wave.

The stranger chuckled as he slid into the stool next to her,

"I must say you are prettier than the pictures you sent." He said as his eyes roamed up and down her body, stopping slightly on her lips.

"So are you...Handsome not pretty." Raven replied, her earlier nervousness slipping away.

The stranger chuckled again,

"I do not mind being called pretty." He whispered to her, leaning toward her.

"Oh, you want to be called pretty boy?" Raven asked with a smirk.

"Only by you." He said, leaning, his eyes turned black with the desire that was radiating off him.

Was she really going to do this?

"What are you thinking about?" The stranger asked.

"My husband." She said giving up on reigning in her thoughts.

"Oh, you are married?" The stranger asked with a mischievous glint in his eyes and a smirk that exposed his canines to her.

"As if you did not know." Raven retorted with an eye roll.

The stranger let out a short laugh.

"I did, I did." the stranger confessed making Raven throw him a flirty smile.

"I wonder," The stranger started, stretching his long legs, Raven's eyes flicked down his legs then quickly back up meeting the stranger's smirk.

"What your husband did to make you think of straying?" He asked as he called the bartender to him.

"Well..." Raven started with an exhale, "It is about what he didn't do, actually." She explained.

The stranger raised an eyebrow at her statement.

"Really?" He asked incredulously, "Tell me what didn't he do?" He whispered.

"Why don't we head up to the room we reserved," Raven whispered back as she slid off the barstool and walked towards the elevators leaving the stranger to his new drink.

Raven had to physically shake off her nerves during the elevator ride up to the room she reserved earlier where she decided to shower after fussing over whether or not she stunk.
