University life

Ri-Ta went with Ji-Jeon to the airport, crying and hugging as they said goodbye. Ri-Ta was sad since she didn't have her best friend at the university. But she was also excited about tomorrow. Her university life would begin. Ri-Ta was a good student and had many part-time jobs since she wanted to make money besides studying. She has studied for almost two years now. And would soon graduate from the university.

One of her part-time jobs was to torturing children. Since she studied to become a teacher, she wanted to gain some experience. One family she taught had a son her age, and when she saw him for the first time, she knew that she had fallen in love, just like these years ago at the subway. He wasn't often at home when she taught his nephew and was nice, but sometimes he was, and he was very friendly towards her. One day, she had just finished teaching the children when the guy asked her if she had eaten anything. She didn't want to become a burden, so she said: Yes, thank you. But a moment later, her stomach began to make sounds. And she was so embarrassed. The guy: If you want, we can eat outside since I haven't eaten either. I was so busy studying for my subjects that I hadn't eaten anything all day. She didn't want to be unfriendly, and so she agreed. They went to a small restaurant where they ate some ramen. The guy began to speak: What is your name? I heard that you have been teaching my nephew and nice since last month. I'm not at home very often since I am studying medicine, and it's very stressful. My name is Do-Ha, and I am 25 years old.

Ri-ta: Hello, nice to meet you. I am Ri-Ta, and I am also 25 years old. I am studying to become a primary school teacher. Yes, I began to tour you nice and nephew last month. Oh, medicine that's a very stressful subject. And so you know what kind of doctor you want to become after you have graduated from the university?
Do-Ha: Yes, I want to become a plastic surgery doctor. That's cool. I love children. My nephew and niece are so cute. I play with them a lot.
Ri-Ta and Do-Ha talked all night, and after they had finished eating, he insisted that he bring her back home. And so they became friends, and they kept in touch. Ri-Ta realized that months after she knew Do-Ha more, she liked him more than just a friend, and one day, when they went home after a party, he was very drunk and hugged Ri-Ta. At first, she was shocked, but then she just accepted his hug and hugged him back. They stayed like this for a few minutes till Do-Ha separated himself from her and looked down at her. She reached to his shoulder, and he bent down and kissed her on her mouth. She was shocked and didn't know what to do. She didn't know if she should kiss him back, and she hoped that maybe after today, he would still remember that he kissed her. She then separated herself from him and helped him get back home. She didn't want to risk her friendship with him if she let her feelings show, and she didn't know what he would do if he woke up tomorrow and they were in the same bed and slept with each other.

She knew that he had a girlfriend and she had a boyfriend and they were just friends, of course, he didn't know that she loved him. They had often gone to parties together, but this was the first time his girlfriend wasn't with them and the first time he behaved like this. Of course, he was drunk, but even when drunk in the past, he never hugged or kissed her since they were friends.

She called a taxi, and they drove back to his home. She helped him get inside the car, and when the driver asked which address he should drive she told him his home address. They sat next to each other, and as Ri-Ta progressed what had just happened, she felt his head on her shoulder. She looked to their right and saw that he had leaned his head on her shoulder and slept. She observed his sleeping face; he was very handsome, and she knew that her feelings for him grew even more just as she was about to touch his face with her hand. They arrived at his home, and she thanked the driver and helped Do-Ha get out of the car. She helped him up the stairs and rang the bell. His mother came and opened the door and asked what had happened, and Ri-Ta told her that they were at a birthday party and Do-Ha had drunk a little too much. She helped his mother carry Do-Ha upstairs to his room, and his mother left the room to get a towel and make honey water.
