Before we start, here are some notes and warnings:

- This story is based on a fanfic i've written in 2020-2021. If, for some reason, you know this old fic: No you don't. All characters are completely original.

- English is not my first language so typos and mistakes are bound to happen

- Chapter lengths vary greatly. The chapters in this book are relaively long, and can go anywhere from 1k words to over 10k (yes, I don't know why they're so long either, I think I was just insane when I wrote this)

- This story includes themes that may be distressing to some readers, including: homophobia, coming out, ableism, bullying, depression, (mild) violence, suicidal ideation, drug use and (underage) drinking. Further warnings will be given at the beginning of a chapter when needed.

- Some tropes, cliches and themes you can expect: fake dating, highschool romance, strangers to friends to lovers, slowburn (mind the word count), a lot of fluff, a LOT of angst (mind the TWs please!), pining, yearning, stupidity and denial of feelings, coming out and a bunch of queer representation

- This book kind of... isn't very good. I say this with so much love in my heart. I started writing this a pretty long time ago and when I wrote the first few chapters, I didn't intend to post this. I love this book dearly and I'm still proud of it, but I've become a better writer over time, and there are a lot of flaws and cringe in this. It's not my best work, but I suppose it's still a fun read!

This story was a huge passion project and despite it all, is still very near and dear to my heart. If you do end up liking it, please don't hesitate to vote, comment, or let me know your thoughts in any way. It would really mean a lot to me!
