I guess the bakery date with Ruby wasn't so bad, but I should probably just stay friends after all I and my spider-man shenanigans get in the way.
Right now, I need to go right to Vale General Hospital to check in on Aela and her mother.
*Security alram*
Hmm? a break-in. Ugh, may as well check this quickly.
I arrive at the scene of the crime and see nothing but shattered glass and all the criminals already tied up.
Y/n: Wait, what? I mean, I'd love to take credit for all this, but something doesn't add up.
A shadow passes by in the corner of my eye across the rooftops.
Y/n: Hey, wait, you there, stop!
So I chased after this shadow vigilante , even though I'm also a vigilante technically speaking.
Ruby POV
I enter my room happy and accomplished. Y/n and I went to the bakery on a date.
Yang: Hey, sis, you seem happy. Did Y/n kiss you?
Ruby: eh! Eep no, don't be silly, Yang. Ugh, I wish he did.
Yang: Well, did you at least make it official?
I put on a huge smile
Ruby: No, I just stuffed my face with sweets.
Yang: I see
Hmm, did Yang seem relieved, or am I taking her tone out of context...
Ruby: But we I mean, I did hold hid hand and talked about our childhoods and stuff.
At that moment, Weiss walks in, and she is smiling, like a lot more.
Ruby: Um, Weiss?
Weiss: Yes, Ruby?
Ruby: Why I are you smiling so much? It's unnatural.
Weiss: What?! I can be happy and smile.
Yang: But you've never given this much effort.
Weiss: You're all just blind to what love can do. Hmph
Yang: Maybe Ruby, but not me.
Ruby: Yang!
Yang: So, who is the lucky guy? Or gal? Or
Weiss: I think you'll know him as your friendly neighborhood spider-man.
Oooh, wait, what. Time to get really buddy buddy with Weiss.
Ruby: Huh, how'd this come to be Weiss, my best friend
Weiss: Hmph, you just want to meet him.
Ruby: Maybe I do, or maybe I'm supporting my bestie!
She puts on a doubtful look on her face
Weiss: Ruby, really?
I get on the floor to Weiss' feet
Ruby: Come on, please, he's a superhero!
Yang: She isn't going to stop anytime soon, ice queen.
Weiss looks down at me, so I give her the biggest puppy dog eye look I can.
Weiss: Ugh, fine
I pop off the ground in glee
Ruby: Yay! Operation pity worked
