chap 6

in a swift motion I pushed open the door revealing a man smoking a white and orange cigarette, that soon fell to the floor with blood splattering as Kerina had thrown and struck the dagger through his chest, hitting him straight in the heart.

I looked over to her and smiled "good job teamie shall we continue" I said making my way outside the room.

Kerina rolled her eyes but still followed along. As we made our way down the stairs and inspecting other rooms, killing other pristins.

Until finally we made it to the last room, I walked up closer to the door and put my ear against it.

Once again listening inside "they are coming sir i could sense one of the other clans near" it sounded like a man had been speaking to his boss.

So that made two people that were inside but I could smell two more, so in total that makes 4.

I pulled Kerina away from the door and said silently "ok so 4 of them are inside there and one of the 4 is the boss, so I need you to be ready and kill the boss first, so shoot him alright" she took a deep breath and nodded.

We made our way back to the door, as I put my left hand up to show Kerina when to go, 3.2.1.

I opened the door hard and fast in which she quickly shot the boss in the head, leaving the rest coming after us. But I had miss calculated, there were 4 more now, not 3.

This could be harder but I still jumped after one, attacking it. And I could hear her shoot one down, so I continued attacking the one under me.

But before I could slit its throat with my claws, I heard kering scream.

Which made me quickly stop what I was doing, and run over to her. The creature had bitten her upper arm, it was bleeding badly and looked gnarly.

Seeing her hurt made me quickly rip him off of her, by grabbing his throat, and sank my claws deep into the skin. Once they were far enough in, I forcefully closed my hand and pulled out.

Ripping bits and parts of his throat out killing him almost instantly, I shook my hand trying to rid the blood off of it. As anger was pumping through my veins.

I look back at Kerina seeing a chunk of flesh from her arm was gone, due to the bite.

She had been bleeding far too much and I didn't know how to help, but I wanted to try. But as I began to clean up the cut I was brutally hit in the back of the head.

And thrown against a wall.

I was tired and probably had a concussion now. But I still got back up ready to fight the bastard that did this, with a blurry vision.

I could see him over Kerina feasting upon her wounds, I gasped and quickly got over to them. Pushing the man hard and making him go flying back Looking back over at Wendy seeing she was barely awake at this point, since she lost so much blood.

I got angrier seeing her like that, I had to save her, I knew I had to She was a human, and this was my job to protect them.

I looked back at the man who was sprinting at me now, I was ready for the attack. But he suddenly turned sideways, going over to Kerina but, he quickly turned away again from her.

Somewhere in between him running everywhere, I couldn't keep up and he grabbed my neck from behind. Placing the hunters knife against my throat, it immediately burned my flesh from the silver.

He leaned down and spoke near my ear."Now either you get to sit here and watch her die, or you can die before she does he said laughing loudly, I gritted my teeth.

There had to be a way out of this.
