Alicia's POV
Ever since my brother joined the army i have been a little depressed. The day he left i found some cigarettes under my moms bed and so i took them. After that i started drinking and doing drugs. Me and Jay were hanging out alot more lately. He has been trying to get me to stop but i won't. Alot of stuff has happened between us that i rather not talk about. So a couple of months later i texted Kayla to see where she was. She said that she was at the library reading war and peace. So i told my mom that i was headed to the library to talk to Kayla. I needed some advice on what I'm doing to myself. When i got there i told her i was at the front door. So she walked over and told me to come in. As we walked in deeper of the library we find a secret hidden table. I sit down on one side Kayla sits on the other side.
Kayla's POV
I started to talk abd said " look i have noticed that you have been getting wasted in the middle of the day and you have been doing drugs and other stuff with Jay. When did you start doing all of this? More important why did you start doing this?" She looked at me for what seemed like 1 hour then final answered. "I started doing all this when my brother joined the army and i have not been able to stop and i want to stop really badly but i don't know how."
I looked at her with consern. She came her for advice. So i said " i sorry i don't know how i could give you advice on that." She looked at me like i was stupid. Then finally said " i can't beleive you Kayla i thought i could clme to you but i guess not!"
Alicia's POV
I stormed out of the library and down the street to Kara's house. She is my only hope. When i finally got there i knocked on the door vigorously untill Kara wheeled up and opened the door.she let me in and we went into her room
Kara's POV
Alicia came over angery so i let her in and she explained everything so after that i said " okay so find a rehab place they should help you from here. Everything is going to be okay." She gave me a hug and said thank you then asked if she could use the bathroom. I said sure and i guess she hid a blade in her shoe because she was able to cut her wrist and hitting bone cause that is when i called the paramedics and they came right away.
END OF FLASHBACK
And that is how Alicia ended up in the hospital. Maria looked at me scared and started to cry. She sat down on my lap as she started crying i wheeled back into Jackes room with her still on my lap and hand her over to Mike. I have to go be with Alicia right now. And that is what i did.
