Cloudy No Tasogare Nights

How lonely she felt when she left Japan.

That beautiful country with beautiful culture. She loved everything about it.

Their music, and their anime to be exact.

But it all seemed bleak when she had to left the one thing she really doesn't want to. It was Tatsuro, the one she really loves.

"Hey, Mariya!" Some girl wakes up Mariya in a boring lecture.

"Ohh, yeah. Thanks." Mariya cleared her eyes and try to find her studies in her desk.

Mariya is an aspiring singer and wanna make her mark in the history of music. She had many friends and her voice is really unique. Together she wants to create music that people in the future can enjoy. As maybe, they want a little bit of the past in their undesired futures.

"Hey! Mari-chan, do you wanna go to karaoke after class?" Asked Tomoko, one of her brightest friends in class.

"Can I join too?" Junko is also an aspiring singer with wondrous voice.

"Yeah, it might be great to train our voices for a little while." Mariya thought that it will be nice to go there.

Together they went to a karaoke place. And after singing a few classic songs, they decided to call it a day.

See, they thought the music is too boring. They want a little bit of spice and movements involved. They want to dance.

So they decided to form a kind of group in the university to pursue their passion to create the perfect music. Tomoko, Mariya, and Junko were the leaders, and the ones that joined are Kiyotaka, Taeko, Miki, and Anri.

Together they formed what known today as City Pop Legends.

But there is another member that literally rocked the group.

It was Tatsuro.

He was once a band member, but he thinks that he can do better by creating music alone. He decides to pursue his passion more.

Then they decide to create what kind of music that is the best for all time.

"You know, the music that makes people thinks only of us." Said Miki, the ambitious one.

"Hmm, I think that's a very much overstatement there Miki. We should try to create a beat first. And then let the music flew through." Said the realistic Taeko.

"Yeah, I agree! We should bring more energy into this!" Said Anri that is very whimsical.

"Hey guys! How about drinks after this? By the summer breeze?" Said Kiyotaka, who is a party animal.

"Wait, say that again." Tatsuro said all of a sudden.

"Summer Breeze?" Kiyotaka answers in confusion.

"That's it. I got it." Tatsuro said to Miki and Mariya, "hey guys, I would like to make a few sound test with you. Could you please help me?"

"Sure." They both answered.

At that time they were at an old studio rented not far from the university. It was a cold day in the evening.

"I found another idea." Tatsuro was embarking on a pondering quest when he suddenly said, "what do you guys think when you go to a party?"

Miki said, "I guess, I never went to any parties before, but I think it must be time wasting."

Mariya replies, "parties are nice. It brings people together."

"And what if you don't want them to leave?" Tatsuro cut through their conversation.

"You mean you want them to stay? Even though it's impossible?" Mariya asked.
