Character background- I have lived with the Curtis brothers ever since my parents died in a train wreck when I was 8. So Ponyboy, Sodapop and Darry are pretty much my brothers and we are family. My name is Lily but everyone calls me Lil, I'm 14 have long dark brown hair that goes just below my you-know-whats and my bangs are most of the time slightly over my eyes since they are so long. (me being a Greaser and all) I have grey eyes with a small hint of green in them, and I am a little shorter than Ponyboy. I feel like I can tell Ponyboy anything, and he promised he would do anything for me which makes me feel safe (especially when we are around the Soc's) but I have always had a crush on Johnny. It must be that scared little puppy dog face, those big black eyes and his shy yet cute personality that has me drawn to him. I actually am supposed to live with my aunt and uncle but they don't give a hang about me, they yell at me, don't even notice I'm there, and when they do realize I'm there they just blame everything on me and tell me what a disgrace I am to the family and worst of all they beat me ( personally I'm used to it and at least they know I'm there but it still hurts) So the Curtis brothers just took care of me and made me feel like their sister and they said that I live under their roof now, which I would prefer over my aunt and uncles. A few last things you might wanna know about me are: I love chocolate cake and Pepsi, I smoke only to calm my nerves and when I'm scared/nervous, I love watching sunsets and playing any sports especially soccer and football, I am terrified of pitbulls, riding trains, and scary movies, and lastly I Love It when Ponyboy reads poems and stories out loud to me (my favourite is gone with the wind) So, now that you know me pretty well let's get on with the story.
