Quickly I brushed my hair and put on a sage-green hoodie. I looked presentable enough, and wished my brother goodbye. There was an ice-cream store right down the street, and both me and Joey would be meeting up there.
When I arrived I bought myself a vanilla ice cream cone with rainbow sprinkles and sat down on a seat near the window. A few minutes later, Joey entered the parlor and bought himself a chocolate ice cream cone with extra fudge, not noticing me there whatsoever. Mine was about halfway finished when he spotted me and sat down across.
"Hello Lotus," He said politely, "I'm sorry about what happened the other day. I was really rude and I apologize, really." Was. Was Joey blushing? I shook it off and decided to accept his apology.
"It's alright I forgive you," I shrugged, "So are we done here?" I got up to leave, but he grabbed my arm.
"Wait," I sat back down, "There was uh, something else I wanted to tell you-" Nervously he glanced around, "Um." He spoke more quietly, "I kinda like you Lotus, but I'll leave you around if-"
I sighed, clearly I was just *irresistible.* Still though, Joey of all people? He seemed genuine enough so I hurriedly thought it over and replied, "Ok I'll give you a shot." His eyes lit up and it got me twirling my hair and stuff. We had a nice little chat afterwards, and I went back to Clay's house to stream.
"Okay everyone, how about we finish up DristaLand?" I'd just started when I received another $5 donation. It was another one from Joey, except there weren't any words attached. I thanked him and continued on with the stream. By the end I realized it closely resembled DreamXD land. I sighed and ended the video. On to another day.
