Hi, my names Emily and I was diagnosed with a phobia at the age 16 to 17, this started after a terrible car crash And Ever since then, I've been scared of light sometimes I have to wear Bela and glasses to walk to school. This has traumatized me for a very long time. Sometimes it gets even harder to think when I see a little bit of sunshine. It's even harder when I can't think straight, and all I think about is light. Sometimes I can just scream all day one time I even had to go. To a therapist to   com. me down, but even though I am there, it was like it was I was spinning over and over and over. And all I could think of. Was everybodys the phobia and that I was not alone in this. And I really do hope you are reading this book, and that you are feeling a little bit out there cause, whatever you're going through, you're not alone.
