Every single person that goes through training on a sky ship is given a set of numbers to give a general description of who they are.
1st Numeber: The first number simply shows the rank of the comrade. The lower the number one has, the more authority one has over those with higher numbers.

Note: It is unsure how many Skyships were commoisioned before the cleansing but only 4 are know to have survived.

4-Above Average Strength
5-Strategic Excellence
6-Accurate with long range weaponry
7-Melee Expert
8-Special Social Skills
9-None (unclear)
0-Three or more apply
5th Number: Language
1-English
2-Spanish
3-Latin
4-Chinese
5-Multi
6-French
7-German
8-Other
Note: One can only gain a 5 if they are masters of at least 3 other languages. One may also in some situations have a different language listed in their rank other than their native ship language if they test higher in a different language.
Other numbers are decided through secret meeting upon the testing of the comrade if other numbers apply.
