Kageyama and teryu began to find the elevator honestly teryu haven't gon inside the hospital he only know where it is so this is his first time here, they finally arrived at the 5 floor of the hospital they began finding the room Start from 355,356,357! They found the room.

Oikawa is arranging the flowers he got for his grandma it valentine's today, he heard a knock someone is at the door.
Oikawa: I'll get it grandma
As oikawa opened the door he didn't expect to see who is it.
Oikawa: Teryu? Tobio-chan?
Teryu: GRANDMA!!!
Oikawa: oy!
Granny oikawa: Ohh Teryu, I miss you
Teryu: I miss you too Ganny!! Oh oh look!
Ganny oikawa: what is it?
Teryu: it's a rose painting! and a letter our teacher made us draw and paint today for valentine's!

A nurse come in the room she said that grandma have to take her medicine and take a rest after that so the three of them have to leave now.
Teryu: babay grandma!
Granny oikawa: bye son's take care
Oikawa: were going now
Oikawa: hey I heard there's a new open arcade at the mall
Teryu: haah really! Really! Can we go?!
Oikawa: sure let's go
Teryu: yaaaay!
Teryu love's the arcade the mall is near so they only have to walk a little, oikawa is walking behind the two younger boys, teryu is holding kageyamas hand as he hum and skip his walking oikawa find it really cute, soon they arrive at the arcade it's big and there's a lot of people, of course it's newly opened, they tried a lot of games and got quite a lot of ticket so teryu got to exchange that with a stufftoy, after that they explore the mall until the sun finally set. they got into a ice cream store with the perfect view of the sun set.
Oikawa: here's your ice cream
Kageyama: thank you oikawa sa-
Kageyama: uhh flower's?
Oikawa: happy valentines tobio-chan~
Kageyama: thank you, h-happy valentine's too oikawa-san
