Astaroth

As I entered the cafeteria, I noticed a familiar figure. Heh, found him.

His appearance's remained the same since the last time I saw him. He was dressed in a solid pink hoodie that was loosely tucked into his hazel khaki slacks, easily matching his hair color. His top was oversized, yet it fit nicely owing to his height. His amber eyes were framed by thick-square-shaped glasses, with a few freckles running across his face. Anyone with functioning eyes and the slightest bit of fashion sense could tell this guy has no sense of style.

Approaching him, I quickly discovered his bad mood. I guess he was always like this. Should I try to make him feel better?

Even though he looked happy to see me, he quickly lost his temper when I asked if there was something wrong. I probably shouldn't have pressed so much about it. Hopefully, he'll forget the matter tomorrow.

Calypso

When I saw Star the next morning, I immediately rushed up to her and apologized. I don't want to lose another friend.

"Hey, about yesterday," I paused for a moment, trying to form the right words. "It's my fault, I'm sorry. I was in a bad mood and I took it out in y—."

"It's fine, don't worry about it," she cut in.

I let out a sigh of relief and smiled. At least she doesn't hate me. Now I just need to somehow separate Odyle away from that demon.

A small grin formed on Star's face. "So, what's going on with that Odyle guy?"

A flush of bright pink raced over my face. Are we really bringing this up again?

"Oh yeah, I was just overreacting," I waved my hand. "It's not that big of a deal," I said, rubbing my head.

She looked at me in disappointment, probably expecting me to say more.

"Caly, you know you can't hide anything from me, right?" She rested her hands on her hips. "Do you like him?" Her stern look quickly changed into a suggestive expression.

"Fine," I sighed, giving in. "Yes, I do like him. And yes, he already likes a girl," I looked to the side.

"So, you finally admitted it," she laughed softly before patting my shoulders in reassurance. "What can you do, though? Poison her?" She lightly said.

I leaned back on my heel and raised my gaze. "You know, that might not be the worst idea," I mumbled half-heartedly.

She stared at me for a moment, contemplating whether I was being serious or not. "For legal reasons, that was a joke."

"Anyways," I took a deep breath. "What do you think I should do?"

She brushed her fingers along her chin. "How about setting them up together?"

I stiffened, "Are you out of your mind!?"

"Hear me out for a sec," she waved her hand. "Do you want him to know you like him?"

I hesitated. "Of course not!"

"Then, the best way to go about this is to get them together!"

"And how will getting them together exactly help me?"

She sighed deeply, taking a seat at the table as if she was about to deliver a prolonged speech.

She raised a finger. "Well first, it'll dispel the doubts this guy has about you."
