3rd Person Pov:

She was angry. Mortified even. As she stormed from the club her dress instantly defalteed as the rain poured heavily from the dark clouds. She grumbled to herself as she began the long and cold walk back home. She hated the fact Little Donny was her ride and with no money in her purse she had to result to walking back In the pouring rain.

However it's funny how fate can be because if it wasn't for this incident she may never have stumbled upon...

Him

Just then a sudden gust of wind blew in her face making her stumble to the ground of the road right in front of a burning red car. She quickly looked around and watched the people's faces as they realized the princess of the magical kingdom nearly got run over.

"Yep that's going to be on the newspaper tomorrow" she huffed as a set of hands were on her waist lifting her up from the road.

"Oh my God I'm so sorry, you just came up out of no where!" He then stopped upon realizing who he had just knocked over.  "Oh shit! You're Princess Little Kelly-I um-I'm so sorry! Please don't like behead me..." The boy's nervous rambling made the blonde actually smile as she shook her head.

"It wasn't your fault I should of watched where I was going" Just then she shook and realised she wasn't wearing a coat.

"Here" The stranger then took off his red jacket and placed it carefully on the girl's shoulders. Little Kelly instantly felt the warmth of the jacket and said thank you to the boy in front of her. She noticed his brown shaggy hair that was messy from the rain but she knew that from his clothing he probably didn't care for his appearance. His hat had some tiny rips and his joggers hung low so that the bottom of them were wet from the puddle he stood in and his shoes were tattered.

Total opposite from the regal prince she had just been on a date with.

"I'm jay, do you...Um wanna get a ride back? It's the least I can do really... Y'know? I did almost kill you" Jay held the back of his head and looked at the ground embarrassed.

"If it isn't much of a bother then sure" the girl accepted his offer and walked back to his small red car. She noticed some of the CDS scattered below her feet and also noticed there was a blanket in the back seat. She didn't want to pry though despite wanting to ask him she decided to focus of the road.

The tapping on the wheel made her make eye contact with the brunette. "So what was a princess doing alone in the city at this time of night? "

Little Kelly sighed and leaned her head against the passenger window watching as the rain droplets raced down the window. "Went on date" She mumbled.

"Ah I see" Jay knew from the looks of things it was a touchy subject. And by the fact when he found her she was alone it was clear the guy was a complete idiot. Jay noticed how her eyes were two different shades of green that blended beautifully together.

"What are you staring at?" The blonde questioned after the long silence brewing in the car.

"Oh um nothing" he quickly blushed and diverted his attention back to the road. His jaw was practically on the floor as he pulled up on the driveway. Little Kelly tried to hide her smile away from the excited boy. He was fangirling as his eyes darted everywhere from the Castle itself to the fountain-

"Oh my God that's the king! " He gasped clapping his hands on the wheel before checking himself in his rear view mirror to see if his appearance was decent. Little Kelly however looked mortified as her dad looked over to her and then to the boy beside her giving her a questionable raise of the eyebrow. The girl laughed awkwardly as she bid her farewell to the kind stranger.

"Wait" The brunette  reached out to grab the princess' hand. "This is going to sound very desperate but umm...can I see you again? " he tried to hide the redness in his cheeks when he asked the girl out on a date. He knew looking at her in comparison to him it was a very slim chance of her agreeing to go out with him.

But to his surprise the girl smiled and nodded. "Give me your phone I'll put my number in there" she asked grabbing the phone from the boy to put in her number. "It was nice meeting you Jay"

And as she began to walk away she gasped and turned around. "Oh you're jacket! "

"Keep it, red suits you" he winked causing the girl to blush more.

"Goodnight" she said feeling giddy when they looked at each other.

"Night" he watched as she walked off to greet her dad who was standing angrily with his arms crossed against his chest.

The boy gulped and quickly drove off leaving the Royal duo alone in the courtyard. The rain had finally stopped which the girl was most grateful for she never liked the rain even as a kid. Little Kelly knew her dad would shout at her it was past her curfew plus she had came back with a different boy from the one she went out with at the start of the night.

Knowing she would get an ear full she leaned against the fountain that was in a shape of a pink love heart.

"You're late" He grumbled. "And your soaking wet! What have you been doing!? You've came back here with another boy- a common boy no less! " He argued earning Little Kelly to roll her eyes. She thought it was comical that her father would talk about her behaviour when he himself was unfaithful to her mother.

"Right and what you're a saint? " The girl snickered growing tired of her dad's hypocrisy.

"No but I'm your dad and your king! Show me some respect! " He raised his voice higher than he ever did before. His hands shook as he spoke and his face turned red.

Little Kelly never saw him get this mad before. It made her wonder if he was angry at himself more than her but nevertheless she was scared of him in that moment. "Right well your Highness I shall see myself to bed" she said in a quite formal tone heading off to her bedroom.

Once in the safety of her room she checked her phone. There were 13 missed phone calls from Donny in there. A part of her wanted to call him back but then she got a text message from a certain boy in red.

Jay: 'Wanna go out tomorrow? You kinda owe me I let you keep my jacket 👀 (it was my favorite jacket) '

And that was the text message that cemented her next actions.
