Hyunjin's pov
"Be good by your grandmother and grandfather alright princess?" I asked Hope
Hope is going to stay at Chan's parents their house, just for a few days we always do this because sometimes we went a few days alone I mean only Chan and me
Ofcourse we love Hope but sometimes we want to be alone
"Ofcourse daddy" she smiled and Chan and I got on our knees and we gave her a hug and kissed her cheek
We got back up and we said goodbye and we walked back to car, it always hurts to leave her
"What's wrong Hyune?" Chan quietly asked
"Nothing, Chan" I said with small smile
When we got by the car, we got in and chan drove away
After a while
"Finally" I thought as I got the file that chan needed. Printer is getting old I guess but I finally have it
I walked to Chan's office and I knocked on his door and I heard a 'come on in'
So I opened his door and I saw Chan being busy behind his laptop with glasses on? I didn't know he wore glasses but not gonna it looks good on him
He looked up as I entered and he smiled
"Hey Hyune" he smiled
"You never told me you wear glasses?" I asked him as I walked to his table
"I normally don't wear them but when I am bit stressed or having headache... it kinda helps me" he said as he took off his glasses
"Well it looks good on you" I smiled and I put the file on his table. I walked to his chair and I sat down on his lap
He put his arms around me
"But chan" I said
"Yes Hon?" He asked and kissed the side of my neck
"I need to talk with you about my schedule for work" I said a bit serious
He already looked at me with concerned eyes
"I think I want to work two days now instead of three days because I want to take more care of Hope and after Mrs. Kang retired I also do house chores" I said
"Oh" he said
"I'm not going to quit" I said and I looked at him
"I understand Hyune" He said
"And I guess you need another assistant for the other days" I said
"But I don't want another than youu~" he whined, sometimes he can be such a child
"And do you maybe have another assistant in your mind?" He asked
"I was thinking about Freya, she seems good" I said
"Freya is a good person but she's a bit shy and insecure about things" He said
"Channie, I was also really shy and insecure about my work and sometimes still am but I have someone that supports me and that was you, Chan" I said as I booped his nose
"Come on Chan, give her a try please.. I will help her at the beginning" I said
"Okay, because you are my husband" he said
After a few minutes
"What do you want talk about sir bangs?" Freya asked us
Freya was sitting in front of us, chan was sitting behind his desk and I stood beside him
"About your work" chan said and he opened his drawer to get something
"My work? Isn't good sir? I'm going to try harder sir, I will but please don't fire me" she said with concerned look and she fumbled with her shirt
"We are not going to fire you, we are promoting you" I smiled and Freya looked dumbfounded
"That's right what my husband said you are getting promotion, you are becoming my new assistant" Chan said and he got a contract
"But why? I thought sir bang was already assistant" She asked
"Well you're right but my husband wants to work less days and he thinks you will be a great new assistant for me" Chan smiled
"Don't worry, I will help you at the beginning" I smiled and I walked to chair beside her and I sat down
"So you want to give it a try?" Chan asked and pushed the contract to her
Freya happily nodded
"You only have to sign this and this and this" Chan said and he gave her a pencil
She wrote it down and when she was finished she smiled
"Can I call my parents about my promotion?" She asked
"Ofcourse, you can" I smiled
She giggled and she got of the chair
"Thank you so much sir! I won't disappoint you!" She said and pulled out her phone
She opened the door and we heard her calling with her mom
I looked back to Chan and we smiled
