Chapter 3 - New School

                                   - Y/n's POV -

It was now officially the next day. Fezco and Ashtray had drove Me and Maddy home yesterday.
And oh man was I tired! And to make things worse, school would start tomorrow. I had been sitting inside of my room for hours not doing anything.

                       - A few minutes later -

I decided to walk downstairs and make myself breakfast. But then I heard a loud ass bang come from the front side of the house. I quickly ran to the window to see what was going on outside. And to my surprise there was Maddy and some lazy looking dude. I quickly realized who it was and ran outside. "Nate get the fuck off of her!" I yelled while I ran towards them. "Y/n go inside!" Maddy screamed at me now crying. "No! Nate get off of her now or I'll call the cops!" I said stepping up in front of Maddy so that I was facing Nate. "Y/n stop! Don't call the cops!" Maddy said now panicking.

After what felt like hours but only went on for a few minutes Nate had finally left. Of course I didn't call the cops on him since I knew what his family was capable of. "Maddy let's go inside!" I said while dragging her arm. "Ugh fine! But I'm heading straight to bed!" She said with a moody tone.
I had helped Maddy up to her room and later on went downstairs to finish my breakfast. I took out a bowl and placed it on the island. I grabbed the cereal box and the milk as I sat down on the chair.

                             - A few hours later -

It was now 9pm and I was getting ready for bed. I went into the bathroom to take a shower. I felt the hot water hit my skin. As I finished up I slowly walked out while grabbing a towel. While I put on my clothes I turned on some music. I had been jamming along for the past 30 minutes when I finally decided to shut it off and walk into my bedroom. I laid down onto my bed as I slowly drifted off to sleep.

                                 - The next day -

I quickly turned off my alarm as I groaned. I slowly sat up while I rubbed my eyes. I tapped on my phone revealing the time 06:57am. School didn't start until 07:45 so I had a lot of time to get ready.
I got up and went over to my closet and picked out an outfit. I decided to wear a pair of blue jeans with a white crop top and some black and white dunks. After I was done getting dressed I went into my bathroom and did a light makeup look. Later on I went downstairs and made myself  a bowl of cereal. I put the dishes in the sink as I walked into Maddy room. "I'm leaving for school now Maddy!" I whisper yelled loud enough for her to hear. "Okay be safe! I'll meet you there." She said while she got up. I went into the kitchen and once again tapped my phone revealing the time 07:29am.

                                     - Time skip -

I was now on the way to school. I put in my headphones and started listening to my 90s playlist. After about 8 minutes I had finally arrived.
I was gonna miss 1st period since I had to go up to the principal and get my schedule and my locker.
As I walked in it was quite crowded so I quickly walked to the principals office. When I got there I lightly knocked. "Come in!" I heard a women say.
I opened the door and sat myself on a chair. "And who may you be?" She said while looking at me.
" I'm Y/n Perez." I said while turning my phone off.
"Oh right! Well I'm Ms Rose nice to meet you!" She said while giving me a warm smile. "Nice to meet you too! Well I'm here to get my schedule and locker." I said returning a smile. "Oh yes of course!" She said while handing me 2 paper sheets. "Now please, I wish you a good first day!" She said while once again giving me a big warm smile. "Thank you!" I said while grabbing everything and leaving.
