Is that you?

Genya, Zenitsu, Aoi, and Muichiro were all sitting at a table. There were only two other seats open at that table so Inosuke and Tanjiro had to grab other chairs and put them at the table.

"NEZUKOOOO~~ how are you? Did Inosuke spend the night? How come you guys spend so much time together? Are you chea-"

Nezuko kissed Zenitsu on the cheek to shut him up.

About two weeks after Inosuke entered the friend group Zenitsu asked Nezuko out, and they obviously got together.

Zenitsu was always paranoid that Inosuke will 'take Nezuko away'

But that would never happen.

No one knows but Inosuke has no interest for women.

No one knew, not Shinbou, his mother, or even his best friend, Tanjiro.

Inosuke's not the best at keeping secrets but this one is different. This one is something that can get him sent away from the people he loves.

And he'll never admit it but he's scared to go to a conversion camp.

"Hey guys!" Zenitsu starts waving at Tanjiro and Inosuke who just sat down at the table. "Go get your own food if you want some, no taking mine"

Aoi glares at Zenitsu, "Don't be so rude! You can have some of my food if you want I bought too much anyway."

Tanjiro smiles "No, it's okay we'll just get some food, c'mon Inosuke let's go get our own food."

Inosuke gets up from his chair and follows his friend.

"are you really okay with your like- best friend dating your sister?" Inosuke said as he caught up.

"Don't worry, I don't mind. I'm just going to have to get used to it." Tanjiro looks down and tucks some of his hair behind his ear.

They walk to a restaurant and both order food. A couple of minutes later the food is ready and they're back at the table eating.

After they were done eating everyone got up and started just walking around.

"Oh em gee! Tanjiro is that you??" A random girl is saying behind the group of friends.

All of them turn around and see a short blond girl carrying a bunch of bags. (she's not in demon slayer at ALL)

"Emi? Is that you?" Tanjiro sounds surprised. "It is you! How have you been?"

She squeals, "Oh em gee it's been forever! I'm doing great!!" She wraps her hands around her old friend.

Inosuke flinches, for some reason he doesn't like the image in front of him. He thought it was just because he was scared of losing his friend, nothing more.

Emi grins, she noticed Inouske's reaction to her hug. This is going to be fun.

For almost the rest of the time they were at the mall Emi clung to Tanjiro, and Inosuke sunk deeper and deeper into a shell of jealousy.

"We should totes eat out together!" Emi grabs Tanjiros arm.

Tanjiro smiles, "Yeah! that would be fun!"

deeper.

"Um- yeah what about-" She does this half fake cough, half laugh thing. "What about them-" Whispering she says, "I don't think I'm too comfortable eating with them."

Tanjiros smile turns into an awkward one. "Emi, they're my friends, I can't just leave them."

"Oh please Tanji bear!!" She makes her voice whiny. "That one with short blue hair keeps glaring at me and it's making me scared!"

Tanjiro looks at inosuke, he's got his hood up, and looks pretty uncomfortable. "I don't know-"

She stops Tanjiro in the middle of his sentence. "You see them almost every day! We haven't seen eachother in forever!" She almost makes Tanjiro fall over with how much she's tugging on his arm.

"That's true..." Tanjiro turns and looks at everyone, "Hey guys, I'm going to eat with Emi, sorry for leaving you."

"Oh no-" Emi says, "I'm okay with everyone coming."

"Emi you just said you don't want anyone else there."

She smiles, "I'm okay with everyone except that scary one." She points at Inosuke.

Everyone trails her finger towards him.

"Emi that's rude we can't just leav-" Tanjiro starts.

"Nah," Inosuke butts in, "I'm good, not hungry anyway."

sunk.

Deepest, darkest hole he's ever been in. This is a relatively new feeling for the blue haired male. So his choice is to just ignore it, throw it down deep.

"Inosuke no we don't have to go-" Tanjiros not even counting how many times he's gotten interrupted anymore.

"What? But I wanna go!" Emi stomps her feet, puffing her cheeks out, trying to be cute. But it's not, it's the opposite, it's really pissing Tanjiro off.

Inosuke turns around and starts walking towards the exit of the building.

Tanjiro tries to grab him, but fails, being pulled away from the arm.
