The subway (short chapter)

Dj's pov: what to do while waiting for battler?
Oh I know what to do, I should play some music!
"Sabrina" I said to get her attention, she looked like she was staring off into space.
"Sabrina" I said again, she was still off staring for an odd  reason.
"SABRINA" I yelled, that got her attention.
"Eh? You didn't have to yell" Sabrina said
"But you weren't answering me the first two times" I said
Sabrina just sighs, "fine, I was staring off into space like you probably thought I was doing" Sabrina said
"Yeah I did think you were doing that but you want me to play some music?" I asked
"Sure, I could sing along to the beat" Sabrina said, then I pulled out my drum bits and began playing and Sabrina began singing. Suddenly battler came and ruined our moment which we could just continue when they left anyways.
I put away my drums and Sabrina stopped singing, she blushed with embarrassment because battler heard her sing and she hasn't sang in a while like years now but only secretly with me but shush about that.
"Hey guys, you need help?" Battler asked
"Yeah- we do, we are having trouble with getting the subway to work" I said.
"Alright I'll help you then" Battler said, pulling out a wrench.
"That helped a little bit but we still need fuel" Sabrina said
"Oh- uh I guess we gotta wait for the shrine to fuel up" Battler said
"Since when was it called 'the shrine'?" I asked, very confused
"Ever since the sword shrine it was called a shrine so ever since season two" Battler said
"Oh- makes sense, now can you go wait?" I asked
Battler just sighs "fine I'll wait for the final battle, hopefully there are no more delays!" Battler said
"Yeah-" Sabrina said, Battler then left us behind in the subway and we went back to jamming to our music, Sabrina didn't look flustered anymore but it made sense why she was earlier.
Russo's pov: everything for the final battle is almost ready, JP just needs to get everything ready like put the swords together for himself even if they were dead and not activated correctly we still had them to use for combat. I hated doing this for him but I also asked Mr Boringsworth to hack the shrine to make it not even fuel until our set date. It was miserable with JP around but I mean he was still apart of my family so I had to listen to him even if I was old enough to live on my own without him I still loved him. But it was still almost time for the final battle so I have to go get ready and film some pet simulator x videos for my viewers so that they don't speculate to far into it and know that I'm ok and not dead. So yeah, I'll go do that and hang with JP as well since he wanted to do something father and son like anyways.
