After mrs. Cast leaves Alaska goes back up to her room. I stand up an take a few steps until my mom says my name. "Alex"she says "WHAT?!?i yell back to her annoyed. She raises her eyebrows and look at me. "Show max to the guest room, that will be his room, then after that come here." I start to get scared and walk up stairs, max fallowing. We walk into the room and he sets all of his stuff on the bed. " thanks" he says. "Wow you talked" i say back. "Why wouldn't i talk?" "I don't know, i just thought that you might be shy because you are living with strangers as a foster kid" "well i was shy the first time but i got use to it" " what do u mean by 'the first time'?" " this is the forth foster home I've been in" " oh i understand" a few more minutes of talking went by until all of a sudden i hear my mom call my name. "ALEX, GET DOWN HERE NOW!!!" i started to get very scarred knowing what she might do to me. I gulped and stand up. "Umm... I have to go" i say nervously. "Okay" he says. I run down stairs and see my mom standing there with her fists clenched.
