"Are you Ayato Arihiko?" the receptionist asked. I look up from my phone and approached the desk. "Yes I am. Is my room key ready?", I asked in response. "Yes of course. Here it is, room A/6." ."Arigato." I left the desk and grabbed my luggage. As I waited for the elevator to arrive down to the lobby I put in my earbuds and listen to a broadcast about bizarre things happening in this town. As I stepped in the elevator, I felt a weird feeling creep up my neck. Like something was watching me as I pressed the button to the first floor. I was alone in the elevator. It didn't feel right. The atmosphere felt off.
*Ding*
My luggage rolled as I walked down the empty hallway. Sweat dripping down my neck... the anxiety in my chest causing my heart to beat out of control. I don't know why I felt like this but I just did... I felt like someone was stalking me. This isn't a good feeling.... The hallway felt so long, the trip wasn't fun at all. I started walking faster, and faster... it felt like I've been walking for ages. Gripping my key in a defense hold as I paced myself for my door. "A/6". I lunged towards it and unlocked my door shakily. I almost fumbled the key out of my hand. Once I heard the click, I saw from my side vision that a dark figure was chasing me. I slammed the door open and then I kicked it shut. Back against the door as I felt like I'd die there. I'd die now. My new life only just begun.
I paced my breathing. Slowly... slowly.. in... out.. in... out. Shit... I didn't like this at all. I don't feel good. I only just got here. I only...-

The clocks slow tics and sounds calmed me but gave me a rush of anxiety. Someone walking towards me.. it sounds like that. It sounds like that hallway incident. I-.. I don't..
"AAA- AGH... FUCK.. fuck...- what.. what time is it?!" I pick up my alarm clock. 5:30 am... gotta get ready for school.
