"Nervous?" Nate asked.

"A little, I guess." He smiled at me.  My brother was a Junior, and already king of our high school, St. John's academy.  He had light brown hair that came down around his face, and bright blue eyes.  He was captain of the soccer team, and a star student.  Our parents travel a lot, so they send us off to boarding school.  The few times a year that we see them they always pester me about why I can't be more like Nate.  The only thing I'm good at is show jumping, but my parents think that horses smell, so they haven't been to a competition in years.  Nate always comes to my shows, he's the parent that our parents refuse to be.

"You'll be fine."  He told me reassuring.  "You're going to..." He stopped as the door flew open.

"The Benster is here!"  We had been sitting in Nate's room unpacking his things, and his roommate walked in.

"Ben, no one calls you that."  My brother said as he and Ben did that bro-hug thing.

"This is the year it catches on mate, this is the year."  Ben looked over noticing me for the first time.  "You must be little sister Amy.

"I was an incoming freshman so I didn't know Nate's friends yet.  Nate had told me about Ben, but left out a few important details.  Ben had short brown curly hair, green eyes, an energetic smile, and a really cute australian accent.  He was wearing a bro-tank that exposed his muscular arms, and I couldn't help but stare.  I looked back at his face and he was giving me a weird look.  I wondered how long I'd been staring.  Just then there was knock on the door.  Nate answered it.  The girl at the door grinned and threw her arms around Nate.  They kissed and Ben fake coughed obnoxiously.  They laughed and split apart.  The girl was Peyton, my brother's girlfriend.  She'd stayed with us over a few breaks so we'd met.  She had blonde curly hair, light brown eyes, and what my brother called her chicken legs.  She walked over confidently and gave Ben a big hug, then walked over and gave me a hug too.  She had told Nate she'd come and get me and help me set up my dorm.

"Bye boys," said Peyton, winking at my my brother.  "Well c'mon now," she said to me in her slight southern accent.  I smiled and followed her out of the boys bedroom.  We walked down the boys corridor, and over to the stairs.  On the stairs we saw a guy pinning a smaller guy against the wall.

"I have a fucking freshman as a roommate, you're kidding me." said the bigger guy.

"Technically I'm a junior too, I'm just the age of a freshman." said the little guy looking a little more than scared.

"Ricky,"  said Peyton in a  slightly condescending tone.  The bigger guy who I guessed was Ricky let go of the little guy and walked over to Peyton.  She whispered something in his ear and he stormed off.  We continued on our way, I looked back and saw the little guy just standing there and staring at Payton.
