I really think that both Connor and Natalie should come back. I did not have any words when i find out they are leaving. I really hope they can come back for some time.
The fact that Connor hade it hard to say goodbye and that Isidore didn't what him to leave. Not because he would lose his parter / surgeon. He didn't what to lose his friend. That also broke me heart.
