It was a typical day in the RED base, and Sniper had just finished his morning coffee. He was feeling a bit bored and restless, so he decided to head to the shooting range to practice his aim.

As he was setting up his targets, he noticed someone approaching out of the corner of his eye. It was you, the newest member of the team. Sniper had heard that you were a skilled fighter, but he had yet to see you in action.

"Good morning, miss," Sniper greeted you politely.

"Good morning, Sniper," you replied with a smile. "Mind if I join you?"

Sniper welcomed the company and the chance to get to know you better. As you both began to shoot at the targets, Sniper couldn't help but be impressed by your precision and accuracy. He found himself wanting to get closer to you and learn more about your background.

As the day went on, the two of you spent more and more time together. Sniper showed you his favorite spots for sniping, and you showed him some of your hand-to-hand combat techniques. The more time he spent with you, the more Sniper realized he was developing feelings for you.

One evening, as the two of you were sitting on the roof of the base, watching the sunset, Sniper finally gathered the courage to confess his feelings.

"(Y/N), I know we've only known each other for a short time, but I can't help feeling drawn to you," he said nervously.

You turned to face him, surprised but not unhappy. "I feel the same way, Sniper," you admitted.

Over the next few weeks, Sniper and you grew closer and closer, spending all their free time together. Whether it was sneaking off to find new sniper perches, or spending a quiet evening reading together, they were happy just being together.

Eventually, the rest of the team began to notice the change in Sniper's behavior. They had never seen him so happy before, and they soon figured out why.

One day, Soldier approached Sniper and gave him a stern talking-to. "You need to be careful, Sniper," Soldier warned. "Love is a weakness that can be exploited by the enemy."

Sniper listened to Soldier's advice, but he couldn't help feeling a bit resentful. He knew that his feelings for you were real, and he wasn't going to let anyone stand in the way of his happiness.

As the months went by, Sniper and you continued to grow closer, despite the dangers of their line of work. They both knew that their love was a risk, but they were willing to take it.

In the end, it was worth it. They had each other, and that was all that mattered.
