Ji-Soo panicked seeing the Prince fall on her lap but later relaxed knowing that it was her security team who thought the Prince was a threat to the Princess and shot her a siren.
Ten was with the security team so it helped them more.
They took both Ji-Soo and the Prince to the hospital of Jackson Wang, keeping all this a secret. RM and Jackson are college friends, so when Jackson heard about Ji-Soo missing, he helped in searching and added his additional security team for the princess. Also paid the media for not making this big issue and suppressing the matter.

Ji-Soo nervously paced back and forth in the hospital room as she waited for the doctor to check on the Prince. Her heart skipped a beat when she saw the grimace on Lisa's face. The nurse beside Lisa was helping her and Ji-Soo's jealousy flared.

"Is he okay?" Ji-Soo asked the doctor with a shaky voice and the doctor smiled, saying " he's alright, just fractured his hand, he needs to rest for a few days, but he'll be fine."
Later the doctor left from there as Ji-Soo walked closer to Lisa, in between looking at the nurse being a little touchy with the Prince.
Ji-Soo tried her best to stay composed, but she couldn't help worrying. She wanted to reach out and hug the Prince, but she held back.
Ji-Soo asked, "How does it feel?"
Lisa replied with a grimace, "It hurts, but I'll be fine."
As they talked, a nurse walked to check on Lisa's condition. Ji-Soo couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy as the nurse smiled at Lisa and asked about his pain levels.
Ji-Soo tried to ignore her feelings and focus on Lisa, asking how long the Prince would be in the cast and if there was anything she could do to help him.
Lisa raised her eyebrows hearing that and even felt weird about the Princess asking something like that. Seeing the Prince looking at Ji-Soo like she was weird, she stopped talking further.
