Their happy ending

Dean

*For context this is when Dean is hurt on the vamp hunt with Sam, Jack is God and has changed Heaven and brought Cas back from the Empty.*

Dean is impaled in the barn and Sam is trying to figure out how to help him. The last thing Dean said was, "Stay with me." After he says this a big bright light casts over the barn. Sam and Dean shield their eyes. When they can open them again a person is standing in the room.

Dean - "Cas?" 

Cas walks over to Dean. And lays his hand on his cheek. Dean is too shocked to move. 

Cas - "It's not your time yet Dean." He gently pulls him off of the spike as Dean groans and heals him once he's on the ground. Sam looks at both of them in shock. 

As soon as Dean is healed he stands and then hugs Cas. 

Dean - "Cas you're alive. How's that possible?"

Cas laughs. "Jack."

Dean - "There's so many things I didn't get to tell you before you were taken."

Cas - "I know Dean, I heard you." Dean nods. Sam looks between them and then goes out of the barn to get the kids. Dean watches him leave. Dean looks back at Cas.

Dean - "Cas I..." Cas kisses him before he can say another word. Dean shoves him back. 

Dean - "Cas I can't do this." 

Cas - "Why not?"

Dean - "Why not!? What would my dad think, or Sam? I've been saying for years I don't swing that way Cas." Cas nods, looking at the ground, hurt. Dean sighs. 

Dean - "You know what screw it, we have been through too much shit." He grabs Cas's neck and pulls him in. He kisses him gently and then Cas deepens the kiss, and Dean doesn't stop him this time.
