A opinion of mine.
In a gender swap AU Akaza would be above Douma in rank. As it is said that women give more strength to demons, Akaza would not eat the other gender, in this AU's case, men. His preference of only eating woman in that AU would make him much more powerful. Douma on the underhand, eats woman because he can easily subdue them. They basically crawl into his deathly grip. As in the AU of a gender bent version, he would use the same strategy, only this time with men. Causing Douma's dietary preference to change to men, and making him mainly feed upon men at her cult. She would then lose power compared to her original version. As it is already difficult to rank how close or far they would draw in a fight since we never really saw Douma's full potential. Akaza is able to regenerate his head, while Douma wasn't able to (though he was poisoned), makes this obvious to me that Douma could of been a lot stronger than we saw, but he might also be weaker than we assume, just slightly. Douma would be Upper moon 3, while Akaza kept her position as Upper moon 2. (That's just my opinion but I feel with common sense this would be correct.)
