Chapter 11

Josh's POV:

I hear Jen's voice and I collapse. My heads racing and my heart pounding, this can't be true. I must be dreaming.

"Jen is that you!"

Avan looks at me completely puzzled. He mouths, "Are you serious, is it her?!"

"What do you think?" She replied.

I nod my head at him and his only response is a smile and pat on the back.

I'm sobbing and completely lose control. I've been looking for Jen for a year and now I can hear her sweet voice again, it's a dream come true. Is this real?

"Is this real, is it really you?"

"Yes dummy, now where are you?"

"I'm at home with Avan, but where are you, tell me and I'll go right now!"

"I'm at home, oh Josh please come, I miss you."

"You don't have to tell me twice, I'll be there. I'll see you soon."

"Yeah I'll see you soon."

I hang up the phone and grab my keys.

"Avan I'm going to..."

"Dude don't explain anything, go get your girl."

With that I'm out the door and in my car in two seconds. I'm driving when I realize that Jen is really back after looking for a whole year she is finally back. I can't wait to see her beautiful smile again, hear her infectious laugh, to see her sparkling eyes, all the little things I've missed, and that I know I won't have to anymore. I finally get to her house and I can feel my heart pounding out of my chest. Tears prick my eyes but I calm myself down, she can't see me like this.

I step out of the car and walk up to her door. I knock three times and wait for an answer. Jen opens the door and she greets me with the biggest smile. I look at her in shock, her beautiful gleaming eyes, her perfect glowing skin, her amazing smile, I can't believe I'm seeing it all again.

"Josh"

She gives me a huge hug and I do the same. We don't let go in fear of losing each other again. I don't know for how long were like that until we finally decide to break the hug. I look at her completely mesmerized.

"I missed you Jen"

"And I missed you Josh"

She grabs my face and kisses me. I'm surprised at first but return the kiss. Her sweet lips pressed to mine dancing in perfect unison. We pull away breathless from the kiss.

"Wow," she says.

"Yeah wow"

She grabs my hand and pulls me inside and shuts the door. She walks me up her stairs and takes me to her room and the door closes. She pins me against the door, again catching me by surprise. She kisses me with so much passion and her honey like lips don't leave mine for a second.

We break the kiss to catch some air. We're both breathless and panting. She rests her head on my shoulder and I wrap my arms around her waist. We're there just enjoying each others company.

"Can you stay?"

"Of course."

She smiles at me and gives me a peck on the lips.
