Chapter 10

Josh's POV:

It's been a year today since Jen is gone. They say that she left on purpose to get away from it all, but I don't think that is true I know something happened to her & I feel so bad that I still haven't found her, but it's like she just disappeared.

I've tried everything to find her. I've searched & even payed people to help me find her, but they just couldn't.
I've been busy filming movies to keep me distracted. She's the love of my life & for her to be missing & not know what happened to her is the worst possible thing for someone to go through.

All her friends & family members miss her. I miss her, I still haven't given up though. I will find her & I won't stop until I do.

I call my friend Avan to hangout because I just need to ge out of the house today.

"Hey Avan want to hangout today?"

"Umm yeah sure, I'll head to your place & we can go in my car to get some food"

"Alright that sounds good, I'll see you a in a couple minutes."
I hang up & go fix my hair. I change my shirt & get my phone. I hear Avan come up in the driveway & I grab my sunglasses & my wallet.
I open the door & he's right there smiling.

"Hey Josh"

"Hey Avan, how did you get here so quick?"

"Well I was already around when you called so it was quick."

"Alright let's go then I'm hungry."

We leave and start driving. I turn on radio and put some music on.

"So what's up anything new," I look at Avan.

"Well I was going to go out with Tori this Saturday, you want to come just like old times, all three of us?"

"Umm... I don't know."

"Alright it's cool if your not up for it. Just you know thought you needed a little distraction."

"Well maybe, I might need one."

"Okay just tell me."

"Yeah I will."

We go to this fast food place & we get out of the car. We go inside and order our food.

"Hey get our seats, I'm going to go to the bathroom," Avan walks away and goes to the bathroom.

I get our seats & sit down & just use my phone. They call our number and I get our food. Avan comes back when I have our food.

"So I want to talk to you about something," Avan sits down.

"Sure what's up," I set the food down and sit.

"Well how are you doing you know, have you heard back from anyone."

"Well I'm better you know, I just I don't know man, I hate that I haven't found anything since last year, but anyway no I haven't heard back from anyone."

"Well, I'm always here for you; you know that right?"

"Yeah, I know thanks Avan."

"No problem, that's what friends are for."

We talk some more & then we leave.

Avan drops me off at home and we just decide to watch some movies.

"Hey let's call Tori to come since you're not so sure about Saturday."

"Yeah why not, I haven't seen her for awhile."

We're watching movies when my phone starts to ring. I answer on the third ring.

"Hello,"

....

Jen's POV:

I disconnect the wires on me and machines start beeping loudly and the nurses come running in and try to make me lay down in bed.

"What are you doing you need to take this slowly you just woke up," says one of the nurses.

"I need to go home, I need to get to my family!"

"We understand, but you're still trying to recover you need to recover first we'll call them okay, but we just need you to lay back down and wait for the doctor. Okay, can you do that honey?"

"Yes I can okay I'll just lay down then"

I lay down and just watch the nurses connect me back to my machines and everything.

The doctor comes in and asks me questions about, how I feel, if I feel any pain, If I can walk, just alot of questions.

"Okay well you seem fine, we're going to call your family and then we'll just wait for them to come and sign your discharge papers."

"Okay that sounds good."

I'm waiting there for hours until they actually here something back from my parents.

The flight is going to take awhile so I'm stuck here another day and a half.

The time goes by painfully slow, but then my parents finally arrive and that's when I realize I get to home. After being asleep for a whole year I get to go back home, my sweet home with all my family and all the people I love.

My parents tell me a thousand things and ask me a million of questions, and I don't know how to tell them.

We go to the airport and we're on our flight back home just like that.

I fall asleep the whole entire flight and when I wake up we're home.

I start crying and I can't stop.

"Aww what's wrong baby," says my mom hugging me.

"Nothing it's just I'm home, with you guys and I'll see my friends again."

"It's okay honey everything is okay now, okay baby?"

"Yeah okay mom, I love you mom, you too dad."

"And we love you," my parents tell me hugging me.

We start driving home and I can't wait to go see Josh. I know he might want to see me more since for him it's been a year and to me it was just more like a long very long nap.

We get home and I go straight to my room. I call Josh and the line is ringing until he finally answers on the third ring...

"Hello," he says

"Hi, Josh,"
