Rochelle's POV

9 days later On my way to Gym, I ran into Liz. Liz was a toxic bitch Peter used to like. He still can't comprehend he used to like her.

It's kind of an inside joke for our friend group now, the joke kinda goes "remember when you liked that red lizard". It's stupid but red stands for red flag/toxic and lizard stands for Liz.

Whenever someone brings in up we all die of laughing, the older avengers have no clue what we're talking about which make sun ever more hilarious.

"Wow. Looks like you didn't take my advice" Liz hummed and looked me up and down. She had told me threw 9th grade that I was fat, and Damian just agreed with her and tried to hide me.

I've always had low self esteem with my stomach and "fat". My friends and parents say I'm fine, and I'm beautiful... but I know that's just not true.

They have to say that because they're family.

I got to gym and changed to our school outfit which was a blue shirt with the logo and grey shorts with the logo.

"We're warming up with push ups" Coach Aaron stated before calling our names.

Peter and I got next to each other, Ned went next to Peter, Mj went next to me while Kate was with her crush, Daniel. He's a jock but a good jock.

Daniel liked Kate cause she's on lacrosse, I'm on lacrosse with Kate. I'm also in cheer, I'm co-captain.

After we did 15 push ups, we got partners and did curl ups and sit ups.

I held peters feet while we talked about stuff.

"Hey, Roche, I heard from Mr stark. Not sure if it's true but, there might be two new avengers. The ones that were on the mission in May, y'know the one we didn't go on. They're twins" Peter said between sit ups.

We weren't allowed to go on that mission because it was like "end of the world" mission and also pretty dangerous.

"Really? I don't think that more people will be joining. I thought Aunt Yelena would be the last one" I hummed before we switched.

"Do you know their names?" I asked between sit ups.

"Nope. But I know they're 17, fury wants to put them in our school"

I sat up and froze "no. They aren't going here. The schools in enough danger by me being here, imagine if three avengers went here, that would cause every villain to come here" I whispered with anger.

"I don't think they're revealing that they're avengers" Peter stated "well- does their suit have masks?" I asked after doing another curl up.

"No... not that I know of" Peter mumbled. I looked at him and panted "exactly"

I saw him roll his eyes before we went and did laps.

Peter and I told Kate, Ned, and Mj about the two new avenger theory and they were just as shocked as we were.

When we got to the compound, Peter was working today so he was at the compound, fury, Hill, and some others I've never seen.

I took my AirPods out and so did Peter. We looked at my dad confused before looking at the red person with an orange stone in his head.

I then looked at this hot guy with blonde hair and brown routes. I then saw a slightly shorter brown haired woman who looked sweet and nice but emo.

"Do I need to grab the salt and holy woter for that... robot demon" I asked before backing up.

Fury gave me a look "no. This is the newest avengers" he put his hands behind his back.

"Remember that mission we went on, to stop Ultron" Dad started.

"No. No I don't because you didn't let Peter, Kate and I go" I stared at him blankly and he sighed.

"She sounds like a stark" I heard the Guy mumble to the girl with an accent... almost a Russian Germany accent.

"Well- this is the maximoff twins. Wanda and Pietro Maximoff, they're 17" Dad explained.

"They're going to Midtown Tech. Yes, everyone will know their identities and just like you, Roche, they have strict rules of no powers or sharing secret info" Furt stated.

"What? Noooo, cmon, Dad you can't allow this. We'll all be putting those kids in danger, what if someone attacks the school?" I whined.

"You already know that the school is secured and supervised by SHIELD, Stark" Fury raised his voice a little.

I rolled my eyes at him. He mumbled something inaudible before pulling the twins and robot aside.

"I thought you said it was just two avengers" I whisper yelled to Peter when we walked to Bruce's lab.

"Ya. Peter" Kate gave him a fake angry face. "If you're going to be Nosy at least get the info correct" I hit him in the back of the head before we entered.

Peter whined and rubbed his head before sitting next to Kate, away from me.

After homework I went to the kitchen, I didn't eat at school and I didn't eat the day before. I grabbed a juice box and went to the library, I went to grab Colleen Hoover when I saw Wanda, reading "it starts with us"

I smiled at her softly and grabbed "maybe someday" and sat down near her.

I felt a sharp pain my my brain like someone was trying to get in. I winced and felt the urge to look at Wanda, like she was causing the pain.

"What are you doing?" I asked before rubbed my temples. "Sorry! I didn't think that you had a barrier, I'm a mind reader..." she softly said the end.

"It's fine, Wanda. Just please don't do it again" I shook my head before flipping to the last page I was on. Page 163.

The barrier in my mind was from a test they did on Amanda, my Birth mom, when I was still in her. So she had the barrier and so did I.

I hate the sharp pain I get though, when Loki has tries to read my mind it hurts. To actually get to my brain I have to be chained down because of the pain.

"What are your other powers?" I asked after a few minutes. Wanda hummed before looking at me.

"Oh- well I have levitation, Chaos magic, reality warping, and of course the mind reading" she counted her fingers.

I nodded "what's your powers?" She asked next with a soft smile. "I have telekinesis, animal telepathy and manipulation"

Her eyes went wide "wow. You got lucky, wish I could talk to animals" Wanda giggled. I chuckled a little.

"I don't think I introduced myself completely. I'm Rochelle Stark" I shook her hand and her shoulders dropped a little.

I moved my eyes down before letting go of her hand, I knew that my father "caused" the bombing in sokovia but he didn't know his weapons were being used for worst than better.

Maybe she thinks I'm just like my father.
