Chapter Two | iWanna stay with Spencer

"So he almost hit Carly with a hammer and so her granddad is trying to take her away?" Della questioned as she and Freddie walked out of school
"Yep, and now we need to make Spencer seem responsible" he said with a nod
"Is there any way I can help?" She asked as she came to a stop at the crossing.
"Unless you can get him a suit, I don't think so" Freddie replied as they crossed the road towards their apartment buildings.
"I can get him a suit" She nodded
"How?" he questioned as they stopped outside her building.
"Don't worry about it" Della smiled as she walked into her building.

"Where's the suit" Carly asked as Della walked into the iCarly studio, "Freddie said you were getting a suit"
"The suit will be here in a minute" Della smiled as she continued to text someone.
"Will you chill" Sam said to Carly as she started to pace around the room.
"I'll chill after granddad is convinced Spencer is a responsible adult" Carly replied coming to a stop.
"Good luck with that" Sam laughs
"Suits here, I'll be back" Della quickly said as she walked out of the studio and down the stairs into the Shay living room just as someone knocked on the front door.
Della opened the door to see Lola standing on the other side with a garment bag "thank you so much" Della said as she moved to let Lola in and yelled for Spencer.
"Yeah, oh hello woman I don't know I'm Spencer" He flirted
"Lola" she said dryly she isn't a fan of people she doesn't know flirting with her. Lola handed him the black garment bag she had brought as Della told him to change.
A few minutes later Spencer emerged in a black suit and tie paired with some old dress shoes of his. Lola had to admit he looked handsome.
Lola's thoughts were cut off by Della practically pushing the pair into the elevator and hitting the button for the 3rd floor of the apartment, with a ding the three walked out of the elevator to see the iCarly crews jaws drop, partly because of the fact Della had got Spencer a really nice suit and majority because of the 24-year-old that was with the two.
"That's Lola Davis, Your Lola Davis" Carly said as she turned from Sam to Lola, "omg what, how, why are you in my apartment ?"
"Della sent me the address and told me to bring a suit, you must be Carly so that means your Sam and your Freddie right" Lola said as she looked between the three teens.
"you know our names, omg" Carly squealed before the doorbell rang and everyone but spencer left the room, Freddie, Sam, Della and Lola quickly left the apartment through the back door. Sam and Freddie asking questions as to how Della and Lola met the entire way down to the lobby.

"I can't believe your moving" Sam said as she, Freddie and Della help Carly clean out her locker.
"well believe it 'cause it's happening" Carly sighed as she took her last book from her locker.
"you know I ought to go tell your grandfather a thing or two" Freddie said trying to sound tuff only for Sam to quip back in seconds "if only you knew a thing or two"
"so what about are show" Sam asked with a frown
"I don't see how where gonna do iCarly anymore" Carly sighed "ugh, this whole thing's so lame, so Spencer's a little unusual Big Deal, it dosen't meen he cant take care of me"
"hey what if we think of a way for your granddad to see what a good gardian Spencer is ?" Sam suggests
"How?" Freddie asked
"get a fake noise persing of something, to make Spencer freak" Della Sugested knowing her own dad would flip
"that's perfect, but I think I going to add a little more than just a peirsing" Carly smiled.

"hey, are we to late" Della asked as she walked into the lobby of the shays apartment building .
"no, I've got time for one more goodbye" Carly smiled slowly as Della brought her into a hug.
"I know we haven't been friends for long but I'm really going to miss you" Della said as she and Carly pulled away, Carly went to say something else but she was cut of by Spencer before she could, "Carly Wait, you forgot this"
"what's that?" Carlys Granddad asked
"my asthma Inhaler? , I haven't had a asthma attack since I was seven" Carly smiled
"well, yeah, but you know, you never know" Spencer said his voice wavering slightly with concern.
"why did you keep that all these years" there grandad asked again.
"in case she needed it" Spencer said
the fact spencer had kept her inhaler for six years seamed to be enough for there granddad to change there mind and let Carly stay with Spencer.

"Dad, I'm home" Della yelled as she walked into there apartment.
"Hey sweetheart, you seem smiley for just saying goodbye to a friend" her dad Mathew said as he looked up from his seat at the kitchen table.
"That's because her granddad changed his mind and is letting her stay" Della smiled
"That's amazing honey, but its getting late so why don't you head off to bed" he smiled as he kissed her on the head.
