My great aunt was so understanding when i tell her that i didn't want to go back home to live with my parents in the palace knowing one quarter of the kingdom population already hate me for my magical powers being a cursed to me yet i wasn't a going to hurt anyone with them after all i was only a six year old girl who didn't seem to quite understood the world until now i realized that i was a blessing being the only one who could rule this kingdom then i will make up for the lost i didn't get to spend at all with my parents since they didn't give up to their searched in finding me.

Moreover, i was more than ready to returned back home to see if any one would notice me as the first and last heiress to silver celstra royal family who was known for treating everyone else like their were equal.

Not a second class citizen at all because my family was one of the nicest royal families in the history of ruling a happy kingdom hence this was one of the reasons why I didn't want to be a burden to them.

Ten years must have changed everything about this nation's kingdom especially when the only heiress such as myself is coming back home to a place where she no longer had her number one supporter my great aunt Catherine Stuart who died one year ago of old age.

This made me start wondering why on god's good earth would god choose the most beautiful also kindest angel to leave this world when all the horrible people are out there ruining this planet besides the point that I had made a promise to her before she had left me that I would return back to my parent palace to be a good obedience daughter I once was as she gave me my favourite necklace of her I used to asked her to wear all the time.

"I promised auntie"I muttered underneath my breath soon looking up toward the sky.

A couple of green trees that appears to be like a thousand of them to me, two lakes under the bridge and one hillside of a mountain to climb upwards to make myself blend in along with the crowds of civilians standing near the entrance of a tarven drunkenly singing a song as i quickly calculated a way to get inside the place hiding my identity behind a red cloaked as i pulled up my hood when i spotted an empty space on the side of the counter waiting for the customer to place their order whilst I was reading a drink menu hoping that these men were not heavily drunk flirts.

Furthermore, I was not looking to start a fight today therefore, I gave my order to the bartender which was an non alcoholic drink called pomegranate juice in a couple of minutes my drinks got slided to me on the table.

I had easily caught it to then lift my glass of juice up off the table to cheer my late great aunt Catherine wishing she rested in peace and drinking my drink, a second later paying the bartender in a bag full of coins soon heading toward the stables to ride a horse into town on friday.

The sky was getting dark so i decided to take out a none use lanternt out of my sachet bag to light it up using one hand to guide the reign of the horse striding toward my palace to everywhere else are starting to look a little bit odds than i ever remembered here when the horse has stopped in her tracks i realized that i have arrived at my destination behind the palace sneaking into the back entrance.
when one of my favourite maids called Petra saw me in the kitchen grabbing myself a bite of food to eat since I have traveled all this way to put my parent the king and queen out of their grief to see me again but i paused humming a catchy tune to then receive a hug by her which shocked me not getting used to someone else other than my auntie or mother hugging that felt so amazing to care for once in my life.

"Celeste, is that you?" asked Petra, my brunette-haired maid.

Honestly, it have almost felt like i had certainly missed out a lifetime in this palace not to mention i think everything might look the same.

Nevertheless, there was a slight feeling in my bones that nothing was quite the same during those ten year away from this place had been great learning how to control my magical powers to make this world a better place for the rest of the human races to stop humanity from dying out like i was trained to do even if there was a sudden chilled to my bones being back here was most defitnately resurfacing some old memories i had tired too many times to buried them in the dark corner of my mind and being a empaths wasn't helping the case were Petra worried eyes was telling everything that i needed to know instead of her softly smiling at me which her smiled didn't even seem to reached her brown eyes, afterwards catching up with her i must asked her a few questions later.

Carefully, swallowing bunches of juicy grapes to give me some time to responded to her gracefully stepping forward pushing my hood away from my head as petra switched on the lights in the kitchen with a hopeful smile on her face waiting patiently for me to speak to her so i assed her appearance comparing her to how see used to look when i was younger to her forty year old self now, seeing not much have change about beside she still look ever so gorgeous too.

"Yes it is me, Celeste Avery valentine and i'm back to see if time has changed anything around"i confirmed my identity to my maid Petra.

We were walking around the palace quietly talking to one another not to wake anybody else up from their slumber then we decide to use our indoor voices doing small talk even i could no longer bare to see the pain in her eyes or the bags underneath was caused by lack of sleep which was unknown to me of what sources was making her lose sleep at night rather sooner than later tears began to swelled up her eyes as she simply keep apologies for her water works although, i didn't seem to mind them one bit during in comforting her also handing out a couples of clean unused tissues for her to used to wipes her tears out of her eyes.

Although, I couldn't send her my correspondence through a letter that I was returning back home from my great aunt house which I have been staying in for six years so I was due to return home to my family but I guess that everything was going very badly since both of my parents were sick of grief from losing a war as I saw poor children begging for money on the street because I was the only ones out of my siblings that was fit for taking care of this kingdom to try and save those people who were against me living in there villages.

"Thank goodness that you have come back here, because since you've been gone all of your siblings have felt so lost without you" explained Perta my maid.

There were only two choices to choose from including assessing the situation on whether or not I should have been taking over the throne for a while longer just until my parents were getting better and looking like a good picture of health so I guess that's why I'm the Queen in-waiting although I don't have any training for this specific role of taking over the throne because I was taught to act like a princess and besides how hard can it be to a Queen as I can be planning my revenge against all of those people who wished me to be dead or banished me from my own home anyways none of this was my poor parent's fault that will try to do anything to keep me with them, hence, I knew that I had to sacrifice my happiness in exchange for their peace.

My maid Petra directed me to my parent's room as I was about to knock on the door when all of my thoughts started to consume me about how they might not be able to recognise me until the door accidentally leaned towards the door peering through the slightest a gap between the door and the walls to observe what state they were in right now, but it seems like they were feeling unwell both suffering from a nasty illness furthermore, the light in my eyes dimmed as I was walking into the room to speak to them not wanting them to go through any more agony because I was so heartbroken just watching them sitting there on their bed in misery while I was doing the best I could to be strong enough for them.

"I can not say that I am glad to be back but I do miss the people who are in this Castle and can I ask you a question?"I watched my parents coughing up Blood right in front of my own eyes before I could grab a seat petra got one for me to sit down on, " although you don't know what exactly caused their sudden illness..." I said to petra

A little part of I was saddened by what I saw right in front of my own eyes which was both of my parents being poorly sick in bed whereas the other part of me wanted to keep it together by starting with no more tears left to cry as I was going to be the new rulers of this nation especially when my Royal Crown Coronation was coming up soon in late August and my responsibility is to provide for my people.

Heavier is the head who carries the crown.

I've stayed here at my parent's side until the dusk of dawn praying for them to get better every single day and night. Without any such luck they were still very much sick of an unknown disease which the medical professional did not have the cure for.
