Im still running after about 30 minutes. The tears have stopped flowing so I can see again. I have no idea where I am. I slow down a bit before coming to a stop and sitting on an old tree stump. Just then I get a searing pain in my back, and I crumple to the ground in agony.
I try not to, but I scream. The pain is so bad, Id rather jump off a cliff then feel this. After who knows how long, I'm slowly able to get up.

My back feels a little weird, so I reach my hand back and try to feel it. The bumps on my back grew. Now I'm confused, why is this happening? I start walking in the same direction I was going before. I check my watch, 12:53. Ive been on the ground for almost half an hour. I start jogging again, jumping over big rocks and roots on the forest floor. I start to remember this place. I come across a big cabin and quickly run inside, practically falling onto the couch.

After catching my breath I get up and check all the cabinets for non-perishable food and quickly stuff it in the small bag my mom gave me before she...nevermind.
"Damnit, that really just happened." I hear something come from another room and freeze. "H-hello?" I hear from the room. I quickly grab one of the knives in one of the drawers and run out the door and back into the  woods. "Phew, that was close" I sigh in relief and turn around just to be met with one of the creatures in my dream.

His voice is practically a growl, and I can't tell if he is smiling or grimacing "What was close, Alex?"
