3rd person pov:
Dream woke up and looked at the clock on his bedside table, 1am great. He got up to get some water from the kitchen, but then hear a noise coming from there.
Completely oblivious to the fact he lives in a house with two other people he grabs the baseball bat from under his bed and holds it up slowly walking towards the kitchen.
He opens the door and gets ready to swing. 'Sapnap!?' 'Dream!?'
'Why do you have a baseball bat?' 'What if you were a burglar trying to murder me? Anyway what are you doing up so late?' Dream says while putting the baseball bat down, leaning it on the side of the counter.
'I couldn't sleep so I came down to get some snacks, what about you?' Sapnap asks trying to hold his laughter in from their previous interaction. 'Oh I just woke up and decided to get some water' 'great, I guess fate brought us together' sapnap says, this time not being able to hold in his laughter. 'I *wheeze* guess so'
'Hey, do you want to go to the roof and watch the stars?' Dream suddenly says calming down. When sapnap said fate had brought them together, yes it was funny but it also seemed to be the moment dream had been anxiously waiting for.
'Oh uh yeah sure it's not like I have anything better to do' sapnap says a little confused but nonetheless.
timeskip now they are on the roof
Silence filled the air as sapnap and dream both lay next to each other, aimlessly watching the sky.
'Hey sap'
'Yeah?'
*silence*
'I like you'
'I like you to?'
'No I like like you'
'You like like me?'
'Yes'
'Well I like like you'
'Really?'
'Yes'
'Will you be my boyfriend sap..?'
'I would'
They had now gone from laying down next to each other to sitting up cross-legged staring into each others eyes.
'Sap can I-'
'Yes'
Dream cupped his face and slowly leaned in. Soon soft plump lips met chapped ones, it was like they were made for each other. Like those two puzzle pieces you can't seem to find, but then you do and nothing else matters anymore because you found the other half.
That night dream and sapnap both locked in their other halves.
