What. This wasn't happening. My father had died years ago! I tried to point this out, but it cane out more like this: "B-b-b-buh -wha?" (I have the tendency to stutter in times like this). Dina smiled.  "You must be so confused" she said. "Allow me to introduce us". She started pointing. "Damian (16)- Bianca (16)- Nica (10)- Alpha A (47)- and me, Dina". I stopped to study everyone. I was pretty sure that Dina and Damian were twins, they had blonde hair and green eyes. Bianca was pretty short for her age, and her semi-colored hair swept neatly past her shoulders, complementing her smooth brown skin. Nica on the other hand, was pretty tall for HER age, and her hair was thick and coily, which made me assume that she from the lovely continent of Asia (also later she told me that she was Viet, so congrats to me for being right).  Looking at "Alpha A" I could tell he did trigger some locked away memories. I couldn't admit it, but this man was defnitely me father. Don't ask ME how I know.  Then the world went black.

                                                                  ✩✩

"Naideen sweetie come down for dinner." I looked up from my book and smiled. "Coming mommy!", I yelled, running down the stairs of my childhood home. It smelled like fresh muffins. I reached the table just as my mother handed me a plate with steak and fries. I sat down ,and my parents  joined me. My father then looked at his watch. His eyes widened and her murmured something to my mother. They both got up. "Sweetheart, me and daddy have to go away for a few hours, wait for us, ok?" I nodded. I was used to them rushing off out of nowhere.  Then with a quick kiss, they were off.

Well, a few hours turned into a few weeks, which quickly turned into 6 months.  I had been able to survive off of a small fortune that they had left behind, but it was now running out. I decided to leave. I learned to toughen up. My clothes became ragged, I even took one of my parents' swords. I grew up in the wild for 12 continuous years. When I turned 9, I had officially lived in the wild longer than with my parents. There was no more hope. My parents were definitely dead, or so I thought. Until now.

I awoke in a dark room with dim lights. "How do you feel". A soft voice spoke. "M-mother?" "Yes, Nai it's me". "Why did you leave me?". Her smile faltered. "Oh sweetie, we never wanted to, but...." Her voice trailed off. "She shook her head. "Your father and I will explain everything over lunch."

"So let me get this straight." I was at a dining table in this huge palace, accompanied by the usuals: mom, dad, Dina, Damian, Bianca, and Nica. Totally normal, right? Not. "Basically, father's was the heir to the alpha of Ourfelix. When you guys left, you were on a secret mission. You did not expect for grandpa to suddenly pass away. You had no choice but to leave for Ourfelix without me, and her we are today." Bianca giggle into her napkin. Nica gave her a furtive look. "In short, yes." Dina stood up. "Well if everyone will excuse us, Bianca and I would love to give Nai a tour of our lovely village." Father nodded curtly, and we were off.

According to Bianca, everyone in the village was a werewolf, there were just two different types of werewolves. The first type was like me. Human looking with ears and a tail at all times. The other type was really rare. They looked like humans, but transformed every now and then into a full-fledged wolf. Dina chimed in that Ourfelix and other werewolf villages were just like human communities, except well, the er..werewolf part? We strolled through the mossy cobblestone.
