It was 6th period fighting lessons. I love fighting lessons because I was one of the best in the grade. Mrs. Venus told us that we would be starting a partner fighting unit. This got everyones attention, and we all started talking at once. "Ok, class. Listen up." "I will be pairing you with someone who best matches your skill level" "First up, our weakest fighters-sorry guys- Violet and René" then came "Cora-Caitlin" "John- Alhysia" "Dina-Caleb" and others. "Ah finally our two best fighters in the class. Nai, you will be with Damian." At this, an uneasy murmur went through the crowd, mostly from people who were concerned for me. Basically, Damian is known for being an amazing fighter. He was tough and hard to break, he was also really strong. I didn't like my chances of surviving.
