i sat bored in a mundane lecture hall. looking at the clock the class was almost done. right before i started packing my things my phone lit up.

a text from 'blond doofus' popped up on the screen.
already having my mood lightened, i open up the notification.

'YOU FINISH CLASS EARLY RIGHT Y/N'

'yes'

'okay i see how it is.'
'but jUST STAY WHERE YOU ARE'

'???? luca what the hell are you planning???'
'LUCA????'

of course he left the conversation at a confusing note. sighing, i pack up my things and left the lecture hall.

right before i could even take a step out the door to the main hall a hand grabbed my arm and yanked me to the next hall over.

unsurprisingly, the perpetrator was luca. the man could barely hold in his laughter as he pulled me to god knows where!!

"hey luca..where are you dragging me to?"

accepting my fate, i let my poor self get dragged across the hall by luca.

"we're going to the cafeteria!!! it's taco tuesday so i figured we should try it out together!" finally stopping in his tracks he turns to me with a wide smile.

"those tacos better be good or else you owe me some for getting my clothes dirty luca."

laughing off my last remark he continues. "shu told me about it when we came across the place..BUT!! back to actually getting there."

snatching my arm once again, i succumb to the fate of being dragged on the floor by the blondie.

reaching the oh-so praised cafeteria i finally got to stand up.

as i was dusting off any odd grime i got from being dragged on the way here, i notice luca had already gone in.
"man...LUCA!" sighing, i run in to find the man.

scanning the large space i finally notice a blond man waving his arms like a maniac at a table with four other men. laughing at this, i make my way towards the group.

looking up, shu finally looks at what luca was waving so crazily at.
"oh, y/n! you're here!"

"huh?? who?" a pale brown haired man turns around.

out of breath i regain my composure before speaking. "luca. you owe me your taco."

"WHAT??? WHY!!" he grabbed his taco and held it close, looking heartbroken.

"because you ran in without me!! i thought we were gonna get tacos together..." the betrayal!!

"not my fault that you're slow.." the blondie boldly muttered.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY YOU-"

a laugh interrupted our banter.
that laughter came from a dark haired man sat next to the brown haired guy from earlier.

"aha, sorry. it's just you two really do bicker like children." amused, he leans forward on the table.
"mind introducing yourself?"

"oh right..you haven't met these guys yet!" lightly hitting his fist into his palm, luca realises he forgot introductions to the other two at the table.

"the deep voiced guy is vox! and then next to him is mysta." luca then turns to the newly introduced fellows and points at me. "and this is y/n!"

they both gave a smile as luca went on to introduce even more about them. my eyes trailed off to look at the quiet duo sitting across from mysta and vox. a novel was in ike's hand as he concentrated on the printed words. shu on the other hand, was peeking over his shoulder, subconsciously making faces at the plot twists of the novel.

and then my eyes saw luca's unsuspecting taco sitting nicely on a plate. a thought quickly came to mind.

nothing can stop me from taking his taco.

with luca's back turned towards me, i snatch his food. right before i bite into it is when luca notices the missing taco.

gasping loudly he yells. "Y/N!!! MY TACO NOOOO GIVE IT BACK!!" as i run around the table behind ike and shu. ike sighs before closing his book, a small 'aw man' was uttered from shu.

before i could even react i notice the stolen taco in my hand is gone. instead, it's in ike's hand...with a bite taken out of it.

luca and i were both struck with devastation, as we crumbled to the floor.

the table laughed at our devastated state before ike spoke.
"alright fine, y/n. i'll buy a taco for you as an apology, and that way we'll get tacos together." still laughing at us, ike stands up and reaches his hand out for me to grab.

i light up at the idea of free tacos with ike. swiftly taking his hand and standing up, i drag him towards the food on the other end of the large room.

...
"WHAT ABOUT ME?!?!" looking up, an inconsolable luca calls out to our fleeting figures.

"it's alright bud, you'lll get free tacos some time..just not today
.......or probably ever."
vox pats the blondie on the back with a grin.
